Study Factors Of The Remodeling Aorta And Reconstruction Left Atrial In Essential Hypertension Patients-924Cases

Objective:To investigate patients with essential hypertension and aortic reconstruction and left atrial remodeling factors related to changes in the characteristics and relationships. Methods:A random check of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University diagnosed924cases of hospitalized patients with essential hypertension, expanding into the aorta wide left atrial enlargement groups according to whether the reconstructed aorta and left atrium, aortic growth wide normal left atrial and left atrial enlargement normal aorta, aortic normal left atrial normal group of patients in each group were measured left atrial systolic diameter (LADs), aortic sinus diameter, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDd), diastolic septal and left ventricular posterior wall thickness (IVSd, LVPWd) and calculated left ventricular mass index (LVMI) cardiac index, in addition, measured924cases of hospitalized patients’age, gender, body mass index (BMI), systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, duration, and other indicators of treatment time; t test, chi-square test analyzes the differences of these indicators, with the logistics regression analysis of these factors on the aortic reconstruction and remodeling of the left atrium, and do ROC curve calculation cause aortic reconstruction and left atrial remodeling of the most important indicators. Results:1.Aortic and left atrial remodeling group include age, BMI, LVMI, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, duration and duration of treatment were higher than both without reconstructed groups.LVMI, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure were higher than normal left atrial aortic widening group(P<0.05).2normal left atrial aortic widening group include age, LVMI,systolic blood pressure, duration is higher than normal aorta normal left atrial group (P<0.05) and age greater than normal left atrial enlargement of aortic group.duration of treatment shorter than both without reconstructed groups.3left atrial enlargement of the aorta normal group include age,body mass index (BMI), LVMI, diastolic blood pressure were higher than normal aorta normal left atrial group (P<0.05)and LVMI higher than the normal left atrial aortic widening group,duration of treatment shorter than both without reconstructed groups. Conclusion:Age is an important factor causing aortic reconstruction, and LVMI is an important factor causing the left atrial remodeling.
