| Objective:Laparoscopic surgery lacunar different inflatable Comparison carbon dioxide absorption.Methods:Choose February2011-2013in February, laparoscopic surgery in60patients, according to different inflatable compartment divided into four groups, â… group laparoscopic resection of thyroid adenoma, using subcutaneous tissue gap inflated; â…¡ group was intraperitoneally mirror partial hepatectomy patients, the use of the upper abdomen abdominal inflated; â…¢ group laparoscopic hysterectomy patients, the use of lower abdominal peritoneal inflated; â…£ group of patients with laparoscopic hernia repair, using the extraperitoneal space inflated. Four groups of anesthesia, and the application of antibiotics kind and amount of the same.
