| Objective:1. Standardization of drug treatment in western medicine, on the basis of using Chinese medicine yiqi huoxue fang observed in patients with stable angina pectoris (SAP) on the improvement of their clinical curative effect.2. Analysis of the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on diastolic function in patients with plasma AngⅡ, ET-1and the left ventricular diastolic function of SAP, and explore its intervention mechanism.Method:1.With the primary into SAP standard, standard western medicine treatment group (group A) and Chinese medicine intervention group (group B), where29cases of group A ang group B.2. All data were analyzed by SPSS17.0software. P<0.05was considered statistically significant differences.Result:1. Research shows that, the average age of onset in two groups were about67.2years old, into the group of men more than women, accounts for about51.7%of the total, the gender distribution showed no significant difference (P>0.05); and the two group is the main complication:hypertension is about39.85%, and lacunar infarction is about30.75%and diabetes is about29.15%gender, age; thus and main complications are related to the pathogenesis of SAP.2. Research shows that, the two groups after treatment of angina symptoms and TCM syndrome efficacy to reduce and better than before treatment, B group was more obvious, the total effective rate were87.9%and93.1%, which was statistically significant (P<0.05).3. Studies have shown that significant correlation between plasma AngⅡ, plasma ET-1level and angina pectoris degree classification, namely, angina grade higher, measured plasma AngⅡ, ET-1levels is greater. Statistical analysis confirmed P<0.05, plasma AngⅡ, ET-1levels and angina pectoris degree has obvious statistical significance.4. Before treatment, the plasma AngⅡ levels of two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05), after treatment than before treatment were decreased, B group decreased significantly compared with A group (P<0.05), has statistical significance; ET-1levels of two groups had no significant difference in plasma before treatment (P>0.05), after treatment than before treatment were decreased, B group decreased significantly compared with A group, there was statistical significance (P<0.05).5. Study found that the two groups before and after the index of heart ultrasound treatment had no significant improvement, no statistical difference (P>0.05); cardiac ultrasound measurement of two group E/A, A group E/A (mitral flow velocity)≤1before treatment, the proportion of96.6%, after treatment for75.9%; group B, E/A≤1in treatment before percentage is93.1%, after treatment for69%. Show that the two groups have different degree of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction, statistical comparisons between the two groups before and after treatment, E/A values were significantly improved, with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. The study found, based on Western medicine, the use of traditional Chinese medicine Yiqihuoxue prescription, the clinical symptoms, improve patient outcomes to restore and improve the objective indexes, affirmed the efficacy and effect of Supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation method in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type SAP; this is consistent with reported in previous literature.2. Research shows that, SAP degree is high, the measured plasma AngⅡ, ET-1level is higher, and the two groups after treatment the plasma AngⅡ and ET-1levels were lower than before treatment, B group decreased significantly compared with A group; indicate a certain effect on improving the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on plasma AngⅡ,ET-1levels in patients with SAP. 3. Research shows that, the use of traditional Chinese medicine Yiqihuoxue Decoction, the two groups after treatment than before treatment with E/A ratio was improved, and the group B is more obvious; To a certain extent, indicates that SAP can improve the left ventricular diastolic function. |
