Analyze The Relationship Between Atrial Fibrillation And Plasama Mononuclear Cells Or Cardiac Function

Objective To analyze the relationship between AF and Plasmamononuclear cells or cardiac function.Methods from Apr2010to Jun2013,298patients with AF in ourhospital Department of Cardiology were selected as study group,300patients without AF were selected as control group in the same period. Bothgroup and the subgroup were analysised by t test.Results (1) Plasma monocyte NT-proBNP left atrial diameter in AFgroup is significantly higher than the control group, LVEF is lower than thecontrol group, the statistical differences between the two groups（P＜0.01）.（2）Compare HF combine AF with HF only, the NT-proBNP andleft atrial diameter is significantly higher in former and the LVEF is lowerthan the latter, both with the difference statistical significantly（P＜0.01）.（3）Paroxysmal AF in AF group and non paroxysmal AF subgroupsare compared, NT-proBNP left atrial diameter LVEF were statisticallysignificant （P＜0.05）.Conclusions In the development of AF, the monocytes may participate IN inflammatory as mediators.
