A Clinical Trial Of ICF Key Element In Stroke Patients With Dysphagia

Objective:After discussion and filter out the Chinese version of ICF Core Scale dysphagia after stroke content.Object and methods:Select stroke recovery, sequelae associated with30patients with dysphagia. The scales,include Travis T Threats, PH. D. refined60dysphagia comprehensive categories、Barthel index (BI)、 repetitive saliva swallowing test (RSST)、Kubota Water Swallowing Test (KWST)、TorontoBedside Swallowing Screening Test (TOR-BSST)、 Frenchay dysarthria assessment、mini-mental state examination (MMSE)、Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA),were used in patients enrolled in clinical evaluation.The comprehensive category dysphagia assessment results are another six rating scale results analyzed by stepwise multiple regression correlation analysis.ICF will assess the results of a comprehensive category of dysphagia with another six scales were analyzed using stepwise multiple regression correlation analysis method.The assessment results of60dysphagia ICF comprehensive category were analyzed by using"least absoluteshrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)".Finally, the results obtained in the above two methods were analyzed and discussed.Results:A total of34ICF categories,which were higher correlation with each scale,were included in the ICF Core Sets,with13categories from the component body function,1from body structure,3from activities and participation, and4from environment factors.And one of39categories of dysphagia ICF core node function topographic map. Conclusion:Initially identified stroke dysphagia ICF corecategories21to provide a preliminary basis fora comprehensive overall assessment of swallowing disorders.Dysphagia to pographic features can be used as a guide tool.And then found"b140attention functions","b5101bite" as the key point of many complex relationships, treatment bull’s-eye.
