Objective: Observe the impact of the body through HIFU treatmentusing N2O anesthesia, and discuss its relationship with ultrasonic cavi-tation preniminarily. Methods: Choose50cases primary liver cancer patients preparing forHIFU treatment, aged30~70years old, gender not limited, ASA I~IIlevel classification. The patients were randomly divided into control group(group C) and N2O group (N group). Radial artery blood were extractedrespectively before anesthesia, before surgery, surgery in1hour,2hours,3hours, and24hours after the operation. Detect the contents of NO bynitrate reductase method, and the contents of IL6by Double antibodysandwich elisa. Observe the skin swelling of patients before and aftersurgery, and measure the abdominal wall thickness in surgical site byultrasonic. Results: At different times after the start of operation, NO and IL6ofN group were elevated compared with the previous period of time. Thecontent of NO in C group had no obvious changes, while IL6rised relate tothe earlier. Compared with group C, NO and IL6of N group had moreobvious rise in generated levels. The surgery area skin of N group patientswas more swollen compared with C group after treatment. Ultrasonicmeasurement results showed that the abdominal wall thickness in postoperative surgical site of N group was more apparently increasedcompared with C group. Conclusion: N group in HIFU treatment, the body produces more NOand IL6, increasing the edema and inflammation of tissue from severalaspects, which maybe associated with ultrasonic cavitation effect of N2O.
