According to the multiple differentiation potential of Periodontalligament fibroblasts to cementoblast and osteoblast, the dog periodontalligament fibroblasts was mixed by extracellular matrix and put into thethree-dimensional titanium web.TW was implant into Nude micesubcutaneously. The possibility of regeneration periodontium-like tissuewoud be found out.The dog Periodontal ligament fibroblasts were primary cultured bytissue block enzymolytic method(collagenase,trypsin). Cell shape andgrowth pattern were test by inverted microscope and hematoxylin-eosinstaining. Cell ultrastructure was test by transmission electron microscope.Origination of cells were identified by immunocytochemistry. The abilityof differentiation to hard tissue by mineralized nodule experiment. The dogperiodontal ligament fibroblasts was mixed by extracellular matrix and putinto the three-dimensional titanium web that was better than the traditional repeated precipitation process.
