Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of different doses ofsufentanyl in continuous intravenous postoperative analgesia in aprospective, single-blind, randomized, controlled trials compared withmorphine in pediatric patients underwent congenital heart disease surgery. Methods: After congenital heart disease surgery,120patients givencontinuous intravenous analgesia were divided into4groups:S1group(continuous intravenous infusion of sufentanyl0.03g·kg-1·h-1andmidazolam2g-1·kg-1·min-1);S2group(continuous intravenous infusion ofsufentanyl0.04g·kg-1·h-1and midazolam2g-1·kg-1·min-1); S3group(continuous intravenous infusion of sufentanyl0.05g·kg-1·h-1andmidazolam2g-1·kg-1·min-1); M group(continuous intravenous infusion ofmorphine15g·kg-1·h-1and midazolam2g-1·kg-1·min-1).Evaluated andRecorded FPS,Ramsay score, HR,MAP,BS,Lac and adverse effects in24hours (1h,4h,8h,12h,24h),along with the times of contemporary sedationdrugs. Results: compared with M group, the analgesia and sedationsatisfactory percentage at1h of group S1,S2,S3were much higher, the resttiming had no significant difference. The times of temporary sedation drugsof M group were much higher than the rest3groups(P<0.05).The1h and4h Cortisol is much higher than the psychological level(P<0.05),in whichM group is much higher than the rest3groups at1h(P<0.05).HR, RR,MAP, BS, Lac and adverse reactions in every timing had no differenceamong4groups.Conclusions: Sufentanly is superior than morphine in intravenousanalgesia. Sufentanyl infusion doses of0.03g·kg-1·h-1to0.05g·kg-1·h-1used in combination with midazolam2g·kg-1·min-1could all achievesatisfactory analgesia effect. Combination of sufentanyl0.05g·kg-1·h-1and midazolam2g·kg-1·min-1was proved to need less temporary sedationdrugs, which, the study showed, was the best drug group.
