Objective: To observe the efficiency of allogeneic peripheral bloodhematopoietic stem cell transplantation combined with introbonehematopoietic stem cell injection, we analyze the time of hematopoieticreconstitution and aGVHD rate compared with allogeneic peripheral bloodhematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Methods:34allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantationpatients are divided into two group, one group with15patients take thetreatment of peripheral blood HSC transplantation(allo-PBSCT), whlie theother one with19patients take the treatment ofco-transplantation(allo-PBSCT+IBMI). we test and record peripheralHSCs by Flow cytometry instrument, analyze the data of hematopoieticrecovery time and aGVHD rate by SPSS19.0.Results: Hematopoietic reconstitution time: neutrophil>0.2×109/L,allo-PBSCT+IBMI (13.75±4.0743) day and allo-PBSCT (15.4667± 1.3558)day (P<0.05). neutrophil>0.5×109/L, allo-PBSCT+IBMI(13.75±4.0743)day and allo-PBSCT (16.6667±1.2344)day (P<0.05).Platelet>20×109/L, allo-PBSCT+IBMI (15.8824±8.3806) day and allo-PBSCT+IBMI(15.5714±5.9189) day (P>0.05). aGVHD rate turns out no significantdifference. Conclusions: Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation combined withintrobone hematopoietic stem cell transplantation needs short time inneutrophil recovery but not the same as platelet, indicating that theco-transplantation probably has rapid reconstitution. |
