Objectives:Through analysis and study of the pathogen antibody test results in patients with traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hainan Province, Haikou City People’s hospital inpatient and outpatient children with respiratory tract infection, the prevalence of children with respiratory tract of patients in Haikou area. Nine kinds of atypical pathogens, to explore the different age groups, different gender, different seasonal Pathogens Detection for diseases, pediatric respiratory tract in Haikou area prevention strategies, clinical diagnosis, treatment of pathogenic basis.Methods:1144cases of patients with respiratory tract infections in children in2013January to2013December in Hainan Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine hospital, Haikou City People’s Hospital and clinic, in accordance with the children’s age criteria, divided into four age groups using indirect immunofluorescence method on9kinds of pathogens:LP, MP, COX, CPm, AdV, RSV, INFA and INFB, PIVs, the serum IgM antibody detection, to analyze the positive cases.Results:In1144cases of IgM antibody in serum samples detected positive cases536cases, the positive rate was46.85%(536/1144), of which the individual infection in339cases, the positive rate was29.63%, the top three single infections were MP, accounting for22.5%(258/1144), INFB, accounted for4.11%(47/1144), LP2.27%(26/1144).197cases of mixed infection of mycoplasma pneumonia, infection of hepatitis virus, accounting for10.23%(117/1144); followed by the mixed infection of LP+MP, the positive rate was2.62%(30/1144); third were mixed infection of LP+MP+INFB, the positive rate was1.92%(22/1144); the positive rate of two and constituent ratio were different (P<0.05), statistical significance.4age group the positive rate increased with increasing age, respectively:Preschool group infection positive rate was the highest,73.06%(198/270), followed by the infant group, the positive rate was63%(126/200), third for late infantile group, the positive rate was48.93%(183/374), the chi square test, the positive rate each group and constituent ratio are not the same, significant difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Among the1144cases,536cases of pathogen detection antibody positive, including326male cases, the positive rate was41.85%, the ratio was0.61; female210cases, the positive rate was57.53%. The chi square test, the positive rate of male and female infection and constituent ratio were different (P<0.05), with significant difference. In the male mixed infection, the positive rate in the top three were MP+INFB, LP+MP and LP+MP+INFB. The positive rate of MP+INFB infection was7.96%; the positive rate of LP+MP infection was2.70; the positive rate of LP+MP+INFB infection was1.41%. In the female mixed infection, the positive rate in the top three were MP+INFB, LP+MP+INFB and LP+MP. The positive rate of MP+INFB infection was15.07%; the positive rate of LP+MP+INFB infection was3.01%; the positive rate of LP+MP infection was2.47%. The chi square test, the positive rate of pathogen infection between three and constituent ratio were different (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant; the positive rate of the same pathogen infection in different gender in different, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The four seasons, summer is the highest infection rate was51.84%, the ratio was0.32; the autumn of50.16%, the ratio was0.30; the spring is48.34%, the ratio is0.27; the lowest in winter is31.16%, the ratio is0.12. The chi square test, compared with winter, constituent ratio significantly increased in the other three seasons and positive rate (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant, while in summer and autumn and constituent ratio of positive rate showed no significant difference (P>0.05). In the spring,9kinds of pathogen infection positive rate of three are MP, MP+INFB, MP+LP. In the summer,9kinds of pathogen infection positive rate of three are MP, MP+INFB, INFB. In autumn,9kinds of pathogen infection positive rate of three are MP, MP+INFB, INFB. In the winter,9kinds of pathogen infection positive rate of three are MP, LP, INFB. The4type of infection out infection positive rate higher, analysis the difference of positive rate of in each season, respectively MP, LP, INFB, MP+INFB. The positive rate of MP infection increased significantly during the summer (P<0.05), the positive rate of LP infection increased significantly in the winter (P<0.05), the positive rate of INFB infection significantly increased in autumn (P<0.05), the positive rate of MP+INFB infection significantly increased in autumn (P<0.05).Conclusions:1. Haikou area9respiratory pathogens, single infection with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection is the most common, the infection rate was22.5%, mixed infection of mycoplasma pneumonia complicated with influenza B virus infection, accounted for10.23%, more than the single infection mixed infection.2.9respiratory atypical pathogens in different age groups, infection rates were significantly different in preschool age group, the positive rate was the highest, the baby early group was the lowest.3. Male and female infection and constituent ratio were different (P<0.05), with a significant difference.4. Nine kinds of respiratory tract infection pathogens in also with the seasons, the four season of summer, the highest infection rate, infection rate is the lowest in winter, the positive rate of MP infection increased significantly during the summer (P<0.05), the positive rate of LP infection increased significantly in the winter (P<0.05), the positive rate of INFB infection significantly increased in autumn (P<0.05), the positive rate of MP+INFB infection increased significant in autumn (P<0.05);5. By explicitly9respiratory atypical pathogens in the local infection of pathogens of IgM antibody detection of nine respiratory tract infection, for the development of prevention strategies, clinical diagnosis, rational use of the pathogenic basis.
