| Objective:To observe the change of miRNA expression profile in adenosquamous lung carcinoma tissues, and explore the correlation between it and radiation sensitivity.Materials and methods:The clinical data for461cases of lung cancer patients in the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University in Hunan province from January1,2008to December31,2013were collected. We choose six cases of adenosquamous lung cancer patients. According to the criteria of RECIST1.1, the therapeutic effect include complete response (CR),partial response (PR), stable disease (SD), progressive disease (PD).The six cases were divided into radiotherapy sensitive group which include PR and CR and resistant group which include SD and PD. Expression profile of miRNA in these two groups was detected by microarray assay. Results:Of the6adenosquamous lung cancer patients investigated in this study,3cases were classified as radiotherapy sensitive group(1as CR,2as PR);3cases were classified as radiotherapy resistant group(1as SD,2as PD).As the miRNA expression profile, compared to radiation resistance group,4miRNAs (hsa-miRNA-3156-5P,hsa-miRNA-125a-3p,hsa-miRNA-378b,hsa-miRNA-4741) were down-regulated and hsa-miRNA-92a-3p was up-regulated in radiotherapy sensitive group (P<0.05)Conclusions:The variation of microRNA expression profile in cancer tissues of adenosquamous lung cancer patients may be correlated with the radiotherapy sensitivity. |
