Nowadays, dental implant is extensively used in clinical, however, implant complications can reduce implant achievement ratio, resulting in the failure of the implant. peri-implantitis is one of the mostcommon complication of implant, so the prevention and diagnoses ofperi-implantitis is an urged problem.Extensive research has been confirmthe correlation between ROS and periodontal disease. peri-implantitis hasthe similar etiological factor and Clinical symptoms with periodntitist, therefore, to study the relationship of the oxidative stress and peri-implantitisis important to the prevention and diagnoses of peri-implantitis in clinical.Cobalt chromium alloy porcelain fused to metal crown(PFM) is oneof the most common crown restorative materials in clinical, but someresearch suggests that Element will release from casting alloys of PFM,cause certain influence on periodontal health, because of its good appearance, comfort and biocompatibility, all ceramic crown is becoming one of thecommon crown restorative materials, but the higher price limits thepatient’s selection. Therefore, to comparison of the effect of two crownrestorative materials on peri-implant tissue, so as to provide experimental evidents for the selection of crown materials in clinical.Objective:1. To investigate the relationship between peri-implantitis and oxidativestress by means of texting the amount of gingival crevicular fluid(GCF)、clinical parameters、the level of SOD、GP-x、MDA,and provideexperimental evidents for the prevention and diagnoses of peri-implantitis inclinical.2. To investigate the effect of Cobalt chromium alloy PFM and allceramic crown on peri-implant tissue by means of texting the amount ofgingival crevicular fluid (GCF)、clinical parameters、the level of SOD、GP-x、MDA、IL-1β,and provide experimental evidents for the selection ofcrown materials in clinical.Method:1.The study group consisit of96Patients(121implants,121teeth) were selected based on their clinical parameters into three groups:Group1(98healthy implants), Group2(23peri-implant mucositis) andGroup3(121healthy teeth). the amount of GCF、 Clinical Parameters weremeasured. the level of SOD、GP-x、MDA、IL-1β were estimated byELISA.2. The study group consisit of96Patients(121implants,121teeth) wereselected based on their clinical parameters into three groups: Group A (56healthy implants to restore by Cobalt chromium alloy PFM), Group B (42peri-implant mucositis to restore by all ceramic crown), Group C (13 healthy teeth to restore by Cobalt chromium alloy PFM) and Group D (10peri-implant mucositis to restore by all ceramic crown). the amount of GCFand Clinical Parameters were measured. the level of SOD、GP-x、MDA、IL-1β were estimated by ELISA.Result:1.The amount of GCF and Clinical Parameters showed no significantdifferences between healthy implants and healthy teeth(P<0.05).2.The levels of SOD、GP-x、MDA、IL-1β showed no significantdifferences between healthy implants and healthy teeth (P>0.05).3.The levels of MDA、 IL-1β, the amount of GCF and ClinicalParameters were significantly higher in peri-implant mucositis than healthyimplants and healthy teeth,The levels of SOD、GP-x were significantlylower in peri-implant mucositis than healthy implants and healthyteeth.(P<0.05)4.The levels of SOD、GP-x、MDA、IL-1β, the amount of GCF andClinical Parameters showed no significant differences between groupA andgroupB、groupC and groupD(P<0.05).5.The levels of MDA、 IL-1β, the amount of GCF and ClinicalParameters were significantly higher in groupC than groupA,The levels ofSOD、GP-x were significantly lower in groupC than groupA(P>0.05); Thelevels of MDA、 IL-1β, GCF volume and Clinical Parameters weresignificantly higher in groupD than groupB,The levels of SOD、GP-x were significantly lower in groupD than groupB(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.There may case lightly oxidative stress after dental implant.2.There was a certain relationship between peri-implant mucositis andoxidative stress, however, moreresearch is needed to explain the associationbetween peri-implanta and oxidative stress.3.There was no significant correlation between crown materials andperi implant mucosi.
