Objective: Obesity,hyperlipidemia,cardiovascular and cerebrovasculardiseases has been a serious threat to human health. The model of Hyperlipidemiarabbits was made by fed the rabbits with hyperlipid diet and liquor.To investigatethe effect of drinking different consumptions of Chinese distillate spirits on bloodlipid and glucose and Renal function in high-fat diets rabbits.Methods:36New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into6groups,6rats in each group. A group: fed with common feed. B group: fed by high fat diet(1%cholesterol,7.5%egg yolk powder,3%lard,88.5%basic feed). C group:fed with common feed+liquor1.5g/kg D. Group D: by high fat feeding andliquor0.3g/kg D. Group E: by high fat feeding and liquor0.6g/kg d. Group F:by high fat feeding and liquor1.5g/kg D. Each rabbit daily food intake was120g. drinking Chinese distillate spirits divided into2times a day. The2timeinterval of8hours. Single cage feeding, drinking water is not restricted. Therabbits of each group to maintain the diet and alcohol for12weeks. Respectively, before the start of the experiment (0weeks),4,8,12weekend to take blood,urine specimen.and the changes of their serum glucose,totalcholesterol,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein and high-density lipoproteinand the serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen and urineβ2-microglobulinwere observed. On the12weekend Rabbits were killed and remove kidney.Toobserve the pathological changes of glomerulus and renal tubule is judged byHE, Masson staining.Results:1) blood lipid, blood glucose level:Drinking differentconsumptions of Chinese distillate spirits made the levels of TG decreased inhigh-fat dietsrabbits. The levels of LDL decreased slightly in the group ofdrinking low consumption of Chinese distillate spirits (P<0.05).The levels ofLDL increased on the4th and8th week in the group of drinking moderateconsumption of Chinese distillate spirits, but decreased on the12th week (P <0.05).The levels of LDL increased significantly in the group of drinking highconsumption of Chinese distillate spirits.and the levels of HDL increased in theearly stage and declined in the later stage (P <0.05).A large consumption ofdrinking and high fat-diets both significantly elevated the levels of bloodglucose (P <0.01).2) Renal function:The concentration of urinary was increasedin the hyperlipid β2-mg Diet group and the simple drinking group (P<0.05),the concentration of BUN and Cr did not change.In the groups feeded withSignificantly hyperlipid diet adding different concentration alcohol at the same time, the levels of BUN, Cr and β2mg (P <0.05), rised we found there was apositive between the I Correlation Ncreasing amplitude and the adding alcoholconcentration and feeding time (P<0.05),3) Histopathologic alanalys:Comparison of glomerular sclerosis coefficient, C group and A group had nosignificant difference (P>0.05). B, D, E, F groups were significantly higherthan those in group A (P <0.05or P <0.01). Compared with B group, C groupand D group had no statistical significance (P>0.05), E group and F group wassignificantly higher than that in B group (P <0.05or P <0.01). Compared withgroup C, D, E, F were significantly increased (P <0.05or P <0.01). Each groupof renal tubular damage score comparison show: B, C, D, E, F groups weresignificantly higher than those in group A (P <0.01), compared with the B group,B, C, D, E, F group were significantly increased (P <0.01); compared with Cgroup, D, E, F were significantly increased (P <0.05or P <0.01).Conclusion:Moderate drinking may reduce hyperlipidemia induced byhigh-fat diets, heavy drinking and high-fat diets may lead to lipid metabolicdisorder and the increase of blood glucose.Renal functions of the rabbits aredamaged if they are administrated with diet or alcohol for Hyperlipid Longterm,and the damage degree would be aggravated if the rabbits are with hyperlipiddiet adding alcohol. Feeded with hyperlipid diet adding alcohol. And with thealcohol consumption increases the renal injury severity increases obviously, canlead to severe renal interstitial fibrosis and glomerular sclerosis.
