BackgroundHepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the main type of primary liver cancer,it is also one of the relatively high incidence of malignant tumors in the world. Is also a kind of common malignant tumors in our country, its malignant degree is extremely high, prone to relapse. The occurrence of liver cancer is more than one gene. Way more complex process, in patients with tumor recurrence and metastasis are the main causes of death, for recurrence of liver cancer metastasis, however, there is no more effective treatments. It is forced to make researchers and clinicians continued efforts to explore for invasion and metastasis of liver cancer related gene changes, in order to clarify the mechanism of recurrence and the metastasis of liver cancer, in order to fundamentally overcome the metastasis and recurrence of liver cancer.ObjectiveTo examine the pecimens of liver cancer and tissue adjacent to carcinoma of NEDD9expression, explores its expression relations with liver cancer metastasis and its relationship with clinical pathology.Methods To collect with and without lymph node metastasis lymph node metastasis of liver cancer specimens, using immunohistochemical, adopt the method of immunohistochemical detection of50cases of primary liver cancer and its matching of NEDD9expression in cancer tissues.Results1. The immunohistochemical results clearly show NEDD9in almost all expression in liver cancer tissue, have transfer of NEDD9expression in cancer tissue and the positive rate is higher than without metastasis carcinoma tissue, the expression in cancer tissue was higher than tissue adjacent to carcinoma (P<0.05).2. It is that the expression of NEDD9has nothing to do with the patients’age, gender, tumor size (P>0.05), is associated with TNM staging of the tumor and tumor differentiation degree (P<0.05).ConclusionNEDD9especially liver cancer with metastasis in liver cancer specimens specimens increased, NEDD9in the occurrence of primary liver cancer plays a more important role in the diagnosis of primary hepatocellular carcinoma and judging the prognosis of liver cancer have a certain meaning, is expected to become a molecular biomarker of liver cancer prognosis.
