ObjectiveTo evaluate the levels of blood clotting mechanism related indicators through thedetermination of cerebral palsy which including TT、APTT、TT、Fib、FDP、D-D、RBC、HGB、HCT、PLT、PCT、MPV、PDW、CHO、TG、HDL、LDL、HCY,in order to explore mechanism of coagulation in children with cerebral palsy, changethe situation.Methods80children with cerebral palsy were enrolled into this study as a group betweenDecember2012and December2013who wree treatment in the third affiliatedhospital of zhengzhou university hospital. At the same time, a total of80normalnoncerebral palsy children and normal children were also recruited as control group. The blood samples and clinical data of all the subjects should be carefully tetectedand noted down. Serum PT、APTT、TT、Fib、FDP、D-Dwere detected on STAGOautomatic coagulation analyzer;RBC、HGB、HCT、PLT、PCT、MPV、PDW weredetected on BC5800five classification of blood cell analyzer.wo use theMann-Whitney method of comparative analysis of cases, the cerebral palsy cases and in normal group differences are no statistically significant in terms of age.Usingindependent sample t test, variance analysis and comparison to analysis whetherthere is a significance difference between the three groups above the indicators inperipheral blood level.ResultsCompared with normal and non-cerebral palsy children group, the median ageof all children groups is of no significant difference after statistics analysis.1.Compared with non-cerebral palsy children group coagulation indexes PT,APTT significantly shortened(P<0.05), the FDP level increased significantly (P <0.05), the rest of the indicators have no obvious change in the six measures of bloodcoagulation tests;Compared with normal children group, coagulation index PTsignificantly shortened (P<0.05), the FDP level increased significantly (P <0.05),the rest of the indicators have no obvious change.2.Compared with non-cerebral palsy children group,In blood index detection,RBC, HGB, HCT, PDW level significantly decreased (P<0.05), PLT, PCT levelincreased significantly (P<0.05);Compared with normal children group,HGB, HCT,MPV and PDW levels significantly decreased (P<0.05), PLT, PCT level increasedsignificantly (P<0.05), the rest of the indicators have no obvious change.Comparedwith non-cerebral palsy children group and normal children group TG、CHO、HDL、LDL、HCY has no obvious change.Conclusion1、The research on children with cerebral palsy in peripheral blood of patientswith coagulation related parameters of children with cerebral palsy, derivedperipheral blood of children with cerebral palsy in PT, APTT, FDP, PLT, RBC, HGBobvious abnormalities.Prompt that the peripheral blood of cerebral palsy children arein high coagulation state, the function of blood coagulation abnormalities may beinvolved in the pathogenesis of cerebral palsy.2、PT, APTT, FDP, PLT, RBC, HGB can be used as auxiliary examination indexin clinical diagnosis in children with cerebral palsy.
