Background:According to the latest data from epidemiological studies suggest thatcardiovascular disease have already become a hazard to people’s lives and health ofour major diseases, the main cause is atherosclerosis caused by various reasons.Thearterial stiffness as an evaluation index of atherosclerosis, who is closely related tocardiovascular disease morbidity and mortality,is another important risk factorindependent of other cardiovascular risk factors. Pulse wave velocity (pulse wavevelocity,PWV) in the30s of the last century is as peripheral vascular stiffness andperipheral vascular health evaluation, the latest research indicates,PWV changeswith coronary atherosclerosis close.Percutaneous coronary intervention(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI) is an effective method to severe coronaryartery stenosis, with patients who get coronary artery disease growing,PCI as itseffective treatment,is widely developed in clinical. But now,how to prognosis ofpatients after PCI cases explicitly,is still a problem. Traditional scheme depends onunderwent coronary angiography (Coronary angiography,CAG) after PCI to clearvascular lesions, which is Invasive, high cost,time-consuming,low follow-up rateand has greater limitations.Purpose:Using pulse wave velocity of noninvasive examinationt to explicit the arterialstiffness of patients with heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention bothbefore and after drug treatment regularly. We also should explicit their coronarychanges by coronary angiography after one year,so we can discuss the associationbetween pulse wave velocity and coronary prognosis of patients with coronaryatherosclerotic coronary heart disease after percutaneous intervention.Method:Select124cases of patients came to our hospital in2011---2013,CAGdiagnosis is explicited, and parallel PCI implanted in1with1-3stents for the study, including76cases of male and female48cases.Between them, one stents implantedin83patients,two stents24cases and three stand15cases. Exclusion criteria of allpatients are having no diabetes、severe cerebrovascular disease、kidney disease andall patients with coronary artery disease. Detailed clinical data of every enrolledpatients are collected,Including their patient age, gender, blood pressure, heart Rate, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),blood lipid, fasting and2-hour postprandialblood sugar results. In this study,Japan Colin detector is used to detect atherosclerosis in patientswith brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (Brachial anklepulse wave velocity,baPWV). All patients in selected group, have to be measured the baPWV duringtheir in hospital. After1year,reviewing the blood vessels of all selected patients byCAG and measuring their baPWV and detailed records.2.Analysising of all patients’PWV and coronary artery evolution. Results:CAG findings show that the heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic bloodpressure, pulse pressure, total cholesterol,LDL cholesterol and LVEF betweennon-Canadian and Canadian group have no significant difference (P>0.05); whilebaPWV were2099.2±243.7cm/s and1309.8±147.9cm/s,with a statisticallysignificant difference (P <0.05). baPWV value in one、two and three stents implantedand several subgroups were1938.5±168.8cm/s,2113.6±216.7cm/s and2338.5±238.5cm/s (P <0.05),the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:BaPWV after PCI in patients with coronary artery evolution has somepredictive value, this study shows that baPWV has a significant increase in patientswith coronary artery in exacerbations,And are closely linked with the number ofstents. In the future, this method can be used to predicting coronary artery disease inpatients after PCI case as an effective method. At the same time, this method isnoninvasive, simple,it must can be used as the future direction of development.
