BackgroundPsoriasis vulgaris is common about skin diseases clinically.According to theclinical performance,it is divided into four types: the ordinary, erythrodermic, pustules, arthropathy. At present, the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease is stillnot fully understood. Oxidative stress is originalled from senile people. With thedevelopment of medicine, its pathogenic category is gradually developed. That isconsidered to be a participate and aggravate factors in a variety of diseases. In recentyears, the research on the relationship between oxidative stress and psoriasis isgradually increase, which has been recognized the oxidative stress is one of the mostimportant reasons of the pathogenesis of psoriasis. Recently,it has been found thatheme oxygenase1(HO-1), and its metabolites in psoriasis play an important role inthe process of development, which is one of the most important endogenousprotection system.Wang Lijuan found HO-1in psoriasis has played an importantprotective effect in the process. Current studies associated oxidative stress with psoriasis always focused onsuperoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT), glutathioneperoxidase (GSH-px), serum total antioxidant capacity (TAC), etc. But the study ofthe expression and significance of HO-1, ferritin, iron in psoriasis is less. What is thebody oxidative stress level in psoriasis patients? what is the role of HO-1,ferritin,iron in psoriasis? what is the relationship between the HO-1, ferritin, ironand MDA? In order to solve the above problem, we refer to a large number ofliterature and design experiments to study them.Object1. To discover The oxidative stress degree of psoriasis vulgaris patients.2.To observe the expression of heme oxygenase1, ferritin, iron and malondialdehydein the serum of psoriasis patients and explore the the meaning of oxidative stress inthe pathogenesis of psoriasis.Material and methodBetween August2013-November2012, We selected32cases of patients withpsoriasis vulgaris (18cases of male,14cases female, from15to68years old) indermatologist ward of the first affiliated hospital of zhengzhou university. the controlgroup were30cases of health check-up who were randomly selected from outpatient(17male,13female). Using the method of malondialdehyde (MDA) andglucosinolates barbituric acid (associates) condensation to detect malondialdehyde.Using the method of double antibody clamp to detect the content of heme oxygenase1(HO-1) and ferritin. We use the method of flame atomic absorption spectrumanalysis the iron in serum. We recorded the number in serum of the two group.Weselect SPSS15.0statistical software(a=0.05).What we do gets the approval ofethics committee.Result1. The Ferritin, MDA and HO-1of patients with psoriasis were significantly higher than healthy physical examination (P <0.05), the difference was statisticallysignificant. There is no difference between the two groups of Fe2+levels (P>0.05),so there is no statistically significant difference.2.There is no linear correlation between HO-1and ferritin after we detect therelevance.Conclusion1.Psoriasis patients exist higher levels of oxidative stress.2.This study confirmed that the antioxidant treatment can accelerate thepossibility of psoriasis skin to heal.3.. From the pathogenesis, oxidative stress may be one of the most importantcauses of psoriasis.4..The increased ferritin and HO-1play a protective role in psoriasis patients.
