Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of the combined determination of CT,serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), serum carbohydrate antigen125(CA125),cytokeratin (CK19) fragment (CYFRA21-1) and neuron-specific enolase (NSE) forlung cancer patients with bone metastases.Methods:Received from August2012to March2014in Second Affiliated Hospital ofZhengzhou University,86cases were diagnosed with primary lung cancer by clinicalor pathology in all patients, male47cases, female39cases, aged48-78years old.All patients who have been extracted were clear diagnosis by pathology, clinicaland imaging diagnosis, and has ruled out other organ metastasis, benign andmalignant tumors of other systems and factors which may cause interference to detectCT and associated tumor markers.All patients underwent CT examination and for while serum CEA, CA125, CYFRA21-1,NSE testing of all lung cancer patients peripheral blood were testedby electrochemiluminescence, these five parameters and their relationship werestatistically analyzed.Results:For the86patients with lung cancer underwent CT examination, the sensitivityof CT was89.1%,specificity was87.5%; lung cancer patients with bone metastases inperipheral blood serum CEA,CA125,CYFRA21-1and NSE concentrations werehigher than those without bone metastasis group, the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05);lung adenocarcinoma incidence of bone metastasis was62.5%,the possibility occurrence of bone metastases of gland squamous cellcarcinoma was25%,Small cell lung cancer was7.5%,and other types of bone metastasis was5%;specifici-ty of CT combined four common tumor makers detection up to91.51%,which was higher than tested by CT or CEA,CA125,CYFRA21-1,NSE alone or fourmarkers common detection.Conclusion:CT and serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), serum carbohydrate antigen125(CA125), cytokeratin (CK19) fragment (CYFRA21-1) and neuron specific enolase(NSE)5kinds of parameters together detection can improve the specificity of thediagnosis of bone metastases of lung cancer, and also have some clinical significancewhich is worthy of clinical application.
