Purpose:The study aims to explore the mechanism Pen yan kang granule treatment byobserving the CPID T-lymphocyte subpopulstions and apoptosis factor Caspase-3withexperimental evidence in rats, for Pen yan kang granule treatment CPID in clinicalfoundation, for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease to provide a reliablescientific basis and new therapeutic approaches, for the further promotion of the use to laythe foundation.Methods:Wistar female rats to80for the study, the use of mechanical damage plus and mixedbacteria method to copy CPID model, after the first30days with model copy,the ratswere randomly divided into groups: normal group, model group, sham operation group,western medicine group, Chinese medicine group and Penyan Kang dose group.Discovering CD3+, CD4+, CD8+T cells percentage and CD4+/CD8+Tratio with FCM;Finding apoptosis in rat factor Caspase-3content by ELISA;Observation rat uterinemorphology changes with visual, and rat uterus model morphological changes with opticalmicroscope.Results:1. CPID model group of rats can reduce in CD4+levels, and enhance CD8+number todecrease immune function,Pen yan kang granule group, Chinese medicine group andwestern medicine group those can improve CPID group of rats CD3+, CD4+T cell levelsand CD4+/CD8+T cell ratio, reduce CD8+T cells levels,CPID rats have shown regulationmodel CD3+, CD4+, CD8+T cell immune function.To some extent,Pen yan kang granulesgroup can improve the CD3+T, CD4+T level, and more effective than Chinese medicinegroup,and western medicine group considerable effect; Pen yan kang granules group canreduce the level of CD8+T cells, improved CD4+T/CD8+T cell ratio, the efficacy ofChinese medicine group and western medicine group with considerable. So Pen yan kanggranule group played a righting evil of power, improved immune function CPID rats.2.Compaer to the normal group, sham operation group, Pen yan kang granules group, Chinese medicine group and western medicine group,the model group has statisticallysignificant (P<0.05) in serum content levels of Caspase-3.The above shows that in ratstreated for pelvic inflammatory disease all have a therapeutic effect. Compared with thenormal group, the sham group showed no statistically significant (P>0.05); Comparedwith the normal group, Pen yan kang granules group, and Chinese medicine and westernmedicine group were significant differences (P<0.05). There was no statisticallysignificant difference (P>0.05) with Pen yan kang granules group and Chinese medicinegroup, described two groups have the same to function; Pen yan Kang granules group andwestern medicine group had a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). There aredifferences (P<0.05) was statistically significant on Chinese medicine group and westernmedicine group. Compaer to Pen yan kang granules group and Chinese medicine group,itshowed inferior efficacy to western medicine group.3. Observed in rat uterus model with Optical microscopy changes shows: Pen yankang granules can effectively reduce endometrial edema, epithelial cell degeneration water,inflammatory cell infiltration, and pelvic adhesions surrounding tissue, promote uterinemorphology recovery.Conclusion:1.Pen yan kang granules can improve peripheral blood CD4+T levels, reduce levels ofCD8+T subsets, and adjust to CD4+T/CD8+T ratio, improved immune function for theCPID rats model,Pen yan kang granule could be restored the immune function,to treat thechronic pelvic inflammatory disease.2.Pen yan kang granules can improve Caspase-3levels to treat hronic pelvicinflammatory disease, by inducing apoptosis of inflammatory cells and inhibitinginflammatory cell growth, limiting tissue damage and promoting the absorption ofinflammation. This may be regulatory mechanism of apoptosis with Penyan granules.3. Pen yan kang granules can effectively reduce endometrial edema, epithelial celldegeneration water, and inflammatory cell infiltration, reduce pelvic adhesionssurrounding tissue, promote uterine shape recovery.
