Methods Thirty healthy adult male SD rat.By ligation of left lowerlimb acutein faction coronary artery injury model rats randomly dividedinto normal group,model group,Huoxuehuayu group,Yiqihuoxue group,Yiqigroup,divided divided into1days,3days,7days,14days and28days and4sub groups, each sub group8. In the corresponding time points aftermyocardial infarction from rat heart, conducts the research to the marginalzone of myocardial infarction in rats, immunohistochemistry was used todetect the expression of myocardial infarction area on the CD105, CD117,CTnT and Vimentin.Results Immunohistochemistry showed that myocardial tissue ofnormal rats in CD105, CD117, CTnT and Vimentin only weakly positiveexpression.Compared with the normal group, model group in the number ofvisibleexpression of CD105, CD117, CTnT and Vimentin positive cells ininfarction area was obviousiy increased(P<0.05). Promoting blood circulat-ion and removing biood stasis group, Yiqi Huoxue group, Yiqi group andmodel group compared with the CD105, CD117, the number of CTnTpositive cellswas significantly increased (P<0.05), and activating bloodcirculation group, Yiqi Huoxue group, Yiqi group at different timepoints observed around the number of Vimentin positive cells decreased th-an the model group,suggesting that lack of blood area muscle fibrosis com-pared with the same period model group was significantly reduced (P<0.05)Promoting Huoxuehuayu group and Yiqi Huoxue group, Yiqi group. Huoxu-ehuayu group CD105, CD117, CTnT each time number of positive cellsincreased significantly in store (P<0.05),the number of Vimentin positivecells decreased infarct periphery than Yiqi Huoxue group,Yiqi group,sugge-sted that degree of myocardial fibrosis in ischemic area compared with the same period of Yiqi Huoxue group, Yiqi group.(P<0.05).Conclusion (1) of different prescriptions can promote the autologousbone marrowmesenchymal stem cells on proliferation and differentiationof myocardial infarction area, but the three to promoting blood circulationto remove blood stasis effect is the most obvious.(2) of different prescrip-tions can inhibit the proliferation of fibroblasts, fibroblast cells to de-lay cell process, delaying theventricular remodeling, but the three to prom-oting blood circulation to remove blood stasis is the most significant.
