Objective:Observe the effects of Huatanhuoxue method of coronary artery diseasein patients with chronic stable angina TCM syndrome, angina pectoris, endothelin-1(ET-1), nitric oxide (NO), brachial artery flow-mediated dilation (FMD) and pulsewave velocity (PWV), in order to investigate the mechanism of action, evaluateimprovement of Huatanhuoxue method of coronary artery disease in patients withchronic stable angina of endothelial function.Method:60patients with chronic stable angina patients were randomly dividedinto a treatment group of30cases and a control group of30cases. Two basic treatmentis given to basic Western medicine treatment (aspirin100mg/d+metoprolol succinate47.5mg/d+atorvastatin calcium10mg/d); Treatment group with coronary paincapsules (hospital preparations-Yu pharmacists word Z04010285), each4,3times,daily for3months. Changes were observed after treatment of TCM syndrome, anginapectoris and endothelin-1, nitric oxide, brachial artery flow-mediated dilation andinfluence of pulse wave velocity.Result:Angina pectoris improve the overall efficiency of80%in the treatmentgroup, the total efficiency of50%in the control group, the two groups was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05); TCM syndromes treated a total efficiency of90%in the treatmentgroup, the total efficiency of60%in the control group, the two groups was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05); After treatment than before treatment could reduce patientendothelin, nitric oxide, diastolic function and pulse wave velocity brachial arteryflow-mediated treatment group than the control group, the two groups was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05).Conclusion:The above studies show Huatanhuoxue method can improveendothelial function in patients with chronic stable angina, to endothelin, nitric oxide, the impact of the brachial artery flow-mediated dilation and pulse wave velocity thanthe control group, while the improving TCM syndrome showed significant effects. Forthe rule is exact effective treatment to Huatanhuoxue Guanxin prescription analgesiccapsule for coronary heart disease and chronic stable angina, it is worthy of furtherresearch to explore.
