Unexplained Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion Study On Distribution Regularity Of TCM Syndromes

Objective:To investigate the distribution regularity of TCM syndromesin patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneousabortion, standardization of syndrome differentiation, and provide scientificbasis for the differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Survey the first affiliated hospital of henan institute oftraditional Chinese reproductive medicine during August2012to August2013diagnosis of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion cases, Design URSAsyndrome of TCM four diagnostic information collection table, use across-sectional epidemiological investigation methods, establish syndromeinformation database, preliminary discussion unexplained recurrent miscarriagedistribution of syndromes.Results:①Syndrome distribution law of this subject has unexplainedrecurrent spontaneousabortion by research, by the high frequency to lowfrequency distribution of kidney blood stasis82.3%respectively, spleen andkidney Yang deficiency syndrome (7.0%), kidney blood deficiency syndrome(4.7%), kidney empty internal heat (4.0%), kidney empty damp heat syndrome(2.0%).②The study on the correlation between age and TCM syndrome ofthe analysisresults:21~26years old patients with kidney deficiency and bloodstasis syndrome accounted for80.4%,26~31years old patients with kidneydeficiency and blood stasis syndromepatient82.4%,31~35yearsold patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome accounted for84.8%。③The research on the relationship between the frequency ofspontaneous abortionand TCM syndromes were analyzed results show：2spontaneous abortion due to kidney deficiency and bloodstasis syndromeaccounted for81.2%patients,3spontaneous abortion due tokidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome accounted for 84.4%, natural abortion>3times dueto kidney deficiency and bloodstasis syndrome accounted for87.5%.Conclusion：①Kidney deficiency and blood stasis is the main syndrome ofthis disease.②Alongwith the growth of the age, kidney deficiency and bloodstasis type increased.③With the growth of age or spontaneous abortion numberincrease, kidney deficiency and blood stasis type increased...
