Objective: Observe the effect of embedding therapy on blood pressurehypertension, angiotensin Ⅱ and aldosterone indicators for clinical usecatgut embedding therapy or adjuvant therapy to prevent disease and itscomplications in the development of hypertension provide an objectivebasis for the laboratory.Methods:50healthy male Wister rats,10randomly selected as the controlgroup; The remaining40as made modules were fed with normal diet. Nitricoxide synthase (NOS) inhibitor-L-NNA (L-NNA) with0.9%salinesolution formulated into1mg/mL concentration,15mg/(kg d)2timesintraperitoneal injection for4weeks, If after4weeks before the injectionof more than30mmHg systolic or systolic blood pressure≥150mmHg,believes the model is successful. After the successful model hypertensiverats were randomly divided into two groups, one for the model controlgroup, a group for embedding the treatment group, a total of three groups, aformal test. Normal control group and model control group without anytreatment, while catgut implantation group afford catgut embedding.Selecting Points: Chose acupuncture points of fengchi, quchi, baihui,ganshu, fengchi. After15days carrying on the Second catgut embedding.During the catgut implantation treatment period, all the rats are fed with anormal diet and free access to water. All rats were fasted for26days,12h,weighed, fasting abdominal aortic blood, serum was collected to measureindicators such as angiotensin Ⅱ and aldosterone all rats.Results: Modeling after4weeks, The blood pressure of rats weresignificantly higher than the normal value of systolic pressure over before modeling30mmHg or SBP≥150mmHg; The model rats of systolic bloodpressure levels were significantly higher than normal group (P0.05), Heartrate was lower than the normal group (P0.05); Acupoint catgut embeddingtherapy26days later, the blood pressure value of acupoint catgutembedding therapy group after treatment was significantly lower than themodel level (P0.01); Catgut implantation rat angiotensin Ⅱ andaldosterone lower than the model group (P0.05), but higher than thenormal control group.Conclusion: Nitric oxide synthase (NOS) inhibitor-L-NNA (L-NNA) with0.9%saline solution formulated into1mg/mL concentration,15mg/(kg d)2times intraperitoneal injection for4weeks, Modeling method is effective,efficient, high success rate; Catgut implantation can significantly lowerblood pressure in hypertensive rats, plasma angiotensin Ⅱ and aldosteronelevels.
