Some experts predicted that deaths caused bylung cancer will be up to90million to100million in2025. Lung cancer withinsidious onset is often missed due to lack of obvious symptoms in early stage, and itis easy to transfer, relapse, and the prognosis is poor. There are about60millionpeople die to lung cancer each year in our country, and lung cancer preventionresearch should be strengthened. Currently, surgery is the major option to treat lungcancer in early stage, while chemotherapy is the main treatment for advanced lungcancer.MTT assay was commonly used in clinical to detect the sensitivity ofchemotherapy drug in lung cancer to help to choose more sensitive drug to improvethe cure rate of lung cancer； However， long-term side effects caused bychemotherapy in patients with drug resistance and chemotherapy brought severelyreducing disease response rate and quality of life of patients. In recent years，integrative medicine treatment of lung cancer have gotten more and more attention.Chinese medicine showed to enhance sensitivity to improve efficacy and reducechemotherapy side effects and resistance to many of its unique advantages.
