Background Lung cancer is one of the most common cancers in the world. Itsincidence and mortality have increased dramatically during the past half centuryworldwide, especially in western developed countries. Nowadays, the number ofpatients with lung cancer increased every year in China, in major cities, the incidenceof lung cancer among men turned to be first among all malignancies, while femalelung cancer also quickly rose to No.2. Some experts predicted that deaths caused bylung cancer will be up to90million to100million in2025. Lung cancer withinsidious onset is often missed due to lack of obvious symptoms in early stage, and itis easy to transfer, relapse, and the prognosis is poor. There are about60millionpeople die to lung cancer each year in our country, and lung cancer preventionresearch should be strengthened. Currently, surgery is the major option to treat lungcancer in early stage, while chemotherapy is the main treatment for advanced lungcancer.MTT assay was commonly used in clinical to detect the sensitivity ofchemotherapy drug in lung cancer to help to choose more sensitive drug to improvethe cure rate of lung cancer; However, long-term side effects caused bychemotherapy in patients with drug resistance and chemotherapy brought severelyreducing disease response rate and quality of life of patients. In recent years, integrative medicine treatment of lung cancer have gotten more and more attention.Chinese medicine showed to enhance sensitivity to improve efficacy and reducechemotherapy side effects and resistance to many of its unique advantages. Therefore,it is important to explore the relationship between lung cancer patients with differentindividual belongs TCM and sensitivity to chemotherapy, find the basis for the bestindividual Chinese and Western medicine combined therapeutic approach, and thusimprove the clinical efficacy. Objective: To investigate the association between the expression of TCMSyndrome Types and the sensitivity of commonly used chemotherapy drug.Methods:①General Surgery, Henan Tumor Hospital from October2012toDecember2013were treated60patients with gastric cancer before surgery syndromedifferentiation type, divided into Stagnation lungs network card, phlegm retention in the lung syndrome, toxic heat deficiency syndrome, Qi Deficiency quickly sent to alaboratory, and surgical resection gastric cancer tissues obtained routinely extractedgastric cancer cell cryopreservation.②four different syndromes patients withgastric cancer tumor cells divided into experimental group and the control group werecultured in vitro, pollution-free single cell suspension was prepared with differentsyndromes of patients with gastric cancer gastric cancer cells in vitro by MTT assay toFive clinical sensitivity of chemotherapy agents to calculate the inhibition rate of thedifferent syndromes of gastric cancer cells to chemotherapy drugs.Results:①there was no significant difference (P>0.05) among5chemotherapeutic drugs②5chemotherapeutic drugs inhibit the rate of lung cancercells in the lungs Stagnation contact group, phlegm retention in the lung group, Yintoxic hot group performance was sensitive to Qiyinliangxu group is not sensitive oreven resistant.③in the same group five kinds of no significant difference (P>0.05)between chemosensitivity.④compared between the two groups of two syndromes:There was a significant difference (P <0.05) between the comparison group and stasislung Qiyinliangxu contact group between Qiyinliangxu and phlegm retention in thelung group with a significant differences (P <0.05), among other syndromes groupsshowed no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:①5chemotherapy drugs showed no significant differences in vitrodrug sensitivity60cases of lung cancer cells in patients with lung cancer compared.②TCM lung cancer cells in their body type5kinds of foreign chemosensitivitycorrelated most sensitive stasis pulmonary collaterals in patients with lung cancer, followed by lung phlegm retention group, Yin poison hot type, Qi type the worst,TCM syndrome type helps determine the sensitivity of cancer cells tochemotherapeutic drugs in. in the Integrative Medicine program of individualizedtreatment of gastric cancer, should the diagnosis and treatment of patients and drugsusceptibility test results combined with the treatment is designed to identify the besttherapeutic approach.
