The Relationship Between "Synopsis Of The Golden Chamber" And "Classical Tips Of Miscellaneous Diseases"

Research purposes:“Synopsis of the Golden Chamber” is the oldest monographon febrile and miscellaneous disease in China, and “Classical Tips of MiscellaneousDiseases” specially discusses internal injury miscellaneous diseases in the QingDynasty which represent the highest level of Traditional Chinese Medicine at thattime. When we analyze “Synopsis of the Golden Chamber” and “Classical Tips ofMiscellaneous Diseases”, we find that the two have the relationship of inheritance anddevelopment that contribute to comb the origin and development of miscellaneousdiseases treatment based on syndrome differentiation, summarize the clinical essenceof the Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners of generations, and then master thequintessence of febrile and miscellaneous diseases treatment based on syndromedifferentiation.Research methods:This paper chose the method of literature research that selectsthe same miscellaneous diseases from “Synopsis of the Golden Chamber” and“Classical Tips of Miscellaneous Diseases”, then carries on the comparative analysisfrom the following five aspects: etiology and pathogenesis, differential diagnosis,syndrome differentiation, therapeutic methods and prescriptions and prognosis, andthen investigates the relationship of inheritance and development. Research results: When we analyze “Synopsis of the Golden Chamber” and“Classical Tips of Miscellaneous Diseases”, we find that the two have the relationshipof inheritance and development that embody in the following respects:①“ClassicalTips of Miscellaneous Diseases” carries forward the gist of Zhang Zhongjing thatcombination of diseases differentiation and syndromes differentiation and treatmentbased on syndrome differentiation as the core.②Both “Synopsis of the GoldenChamber” and “Classical Tips of Miscellaneous Diseases” are using the syndromedifferentiation of zang-fu organs and meridians.③“Classical Tips of MiscellaneousDiseases” inherited the dissertation of “Synopsis of the Golden Chamber” andmedical experts, while the former has a more thoroughly comprehension of etiologyand pathogenesis.④“Classical Tips of Miscellaneous Diseases” inherited the essenceof “Synopsis of the Golden Chamber” and medical experts, while the former has amore distinct somatotype.⑤“Classical Tips ofMiscellaneous Diseases” inherited thetreatment principle and methods of “Synopsis of the Golden Chamber” and medicalexperts in generalizations, and then enriches the treatment and prescription ofmiscellaneous diseases.⑥“Classical Tips of Miscellaneous Diseases” inherited thethought of differentiating diseases and prognosis in “Synopsis of the GoldenChamber”.Research conclusions:The relationship of “Synopsis of the GoldenChamber”and“Classical Tips of Miscellaneous Diseases” is analogous to “source” and “stream”.“Classical Tips of Miscellaneous Diseases” inherited syndromes differentiation in“Synopsis of the Golden Chamber” and has a progress which makes a significantachievement in treatment based on syndrome differentiation of miscellaneous diseasesand then is instructive and meaningful to the clinical work of Chinese internalmedicine.
