Purpose:The purpose of this research is to study the correlation between vitamin Dand trace elements of calcium and TCM Syndromes of type2diabetes.Method:Randomly choose300cases of patients with the type2diabetes, accordingto TCM is divided into the yin deficiency and heat group, the deficiency ofboth qi and Yin group, and the yin-yang deficiency group, the purpose is toobserve and analyze the serum vitamin D, the serum calcium level and theage, the course of disease of the three groups of patients.Result:1.The age composition of the three cases of the yin deficiency and heatgroup, the deficiency of both qi and Yin group, and the yin-yang deficiencygroup have significant differences (P<0.01). The comparison of the Yindeficiency and heat group and the deficiency of both qi and Yin group,P>0.05, no significant difference between the two groups in age; Thecomparison of the Yin deficiency and heat group and the yin-yang deficiencygroup, P<0.01, there were significant differences between the two groups inage; The comparison of the deficiency of both qi and Yin group and theyin-yang deficiency group,P<0.01,there were significant differences betweenthe two groups in age.2.The course of disease of the yin deficiency and heat group, the deficiency ofboth qi and Yin group, and the yin-yang deficiency group had significantdifferences (P<0.01).Multiple comparisons were carried out using LSDmethod. There were significant differences between the Yin deficiency andheat group and the deficiency of both qi and Yin group in duration(P<0.01);There were significant differences between the Yin deficiency andheat and the yin-yang deficiency group in duration (P<0.01);There weresignificant differences between the deficiency of both qi and Yin group andthe yin-yang deficiency group in duration (P<0.01).3.The Content of25(OH)D has significant differences among the yin deficiency and heat group, the deficiency of both qi and Yin group, and the yin-yangdeficiency group (P<0.01);Multiple comparisons were carried out using LSDmethod. The Content of25(OH)D has significant differences between the Yindeficiency and heat group and the deficiency of both qi and Yin group(P<0.01);The Content of25(OH)D has significant differences between theYin deficiency and heat and the yin-yang deficiency group (P<0.01);TheContent of25(OH)D has significant differences between the deficiency ofboth qi and Yin group and the yin-yang deficiency group(P<0.01). The serum25(OH)D levels have significant differences between the male and thefemale (P<0.05), the male was higher than the female.4. The elements of calcium content have significant differences among the yindeficiency and heat group, the deficiency of both qi and Yin group, and theyin-yang deficiency group (P<0.05).Multiple comparisons were carried outusing LSD method. The elements of calcium content do not have significantdifferences between the Yin deficiency and heat group and the deficiency ofboth qi and Yin group (P>0.05);The elements of calcium content havesignificant differences between the Yin deficiency and heat and the yin-yangdeficiency group (P<0.01);The elements of calcium content have significantdifferences between the deficiency of both qi and Yin group and the yin-yangdeficiency group (P<0.05).The elements of calcium level do not havesignificant differences between the male and the female, but the averagenumber of the male is slightly lower than the female.5.In serum of304cases of patients with type2diabetes mellitus25(OH)D and serum calcium has a weak positive correlation(r=0.113,P<0.05),Their course and serum25(OH)D has a significant negative correlation(r=-0.530,P<0.01),There is a significant negative correlation between disease and serum calcium(r=-0.506,P<0.01).Conclusion: The vitamin D and the trace elements of calcium was decreasingchange rule by TCM syndrome type with the development of the type2diabetes, This shows that there is a close relationship between the vitamin D、the trace elements of calcium and the progress of the disease of the type2diabetes.
