Study On Glycoside Components Of Acanthopanax Senticosus

Acanthopanax Senticosus is a kind of shrub which belongs to Araliaceae.plants. In daily life, so called acanthopanax are the roots and the stems of it. In China, since ancient times it were considered to be a good medicine which can support healthy energy, it do good to benefit vital energy and replenish qi, strengthen the tendons and the bones, enhance immunity, and long-term using of it that can also prolong life and anti-age, in recent years, no matter at home or abroad, studies on acanthopanax senticosus have become widespreaded, and medical clinical applications have a significant upgrade, too.This experince, based on the activities of DPPH radical scavenging and tyrosinase inhibitory, using liquid-liquid extraction and repeating open column chromatography with silica or ODS packing materials, and preparative HPLC and other separation methods isolate the n-butyl alcohol extracts of Acanthopanax Senticosus, and13compounds were isolated, using spectral analysis techniques (such as IR, UV, MS, NMR, and so on), combine with the chemical and physical properties of them, established structures of some extracted compounds. In the meantime, do DPPH and tyrosinase activities experince of the isolated compounds. It turnes out that five glycosides of the isolated compounds show better antioxidant capacity, which can provide basis for further development of Acanthopanax Senticosus.
