Objective:Ischemic stroke is a kind of atherosclerosis based ischemic cerebrovascular disease. We all know that disabling stroke death rate is very high. Doctors are concerned, how to prevention and treatment of Ischemic stroke better. In the current, the Integrative Medicine treatment of stroke achieved a certain effect, reduce the morbidity and the death rate of disability. Atherosclerosis (AS) is the direct cause of the occurrence of ischemic stroke, Hyperlipidemia also been widely studied as risk factors for stroke. In modern Chinese medicine studies blood lipids are considered phlegm. This study wants to investigate the distribution of lipids six symptoms in ischemic stroke, I try to use modern scientific methods to reveal the nature and evolution of ischemic stroke syndromes.Ischemic stroke is a kind of atherosclerosis based ischemic cerebrovascular disease. In modern Chinese medicine studies blood lipids are considered phlegm. This study wants to investigate the distribution of lipids in ischemic stroke, I try to use modern scientific methods to reveal the nature and evolution of ischemic stroke syndromes. Methods:The study collected230cases from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of TCM, study with retrospective analysis of these cases. Collected case data as required, use statistical methods to analyze data. In the resulr of Analysis of variance, gender and smoking ware not statistically significant. The data of total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, apolipoprotein Al, apolipoprotein B were statistical significance.Result:In the comparison between groups, Total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, apolipoprotein A and apolipoprotein B affects of stroke syndromes typing. TC and LDL-C did not affect the type of stroke syndromes disease. After pairwise analysis, combining the results of a comprehensive analysis between data sets. TG does not affect ischemic stroke-the type syndromes Meridian. TC effect of ischemia stroke-the meridians syndromes typing, which move closer relationship with Yin wind. We do not exclude the impact between LDL-C and deficiency wind, because the sample size is too small resulting in no significant difference between the two groups can continue to conduct research by increasing the sample size. ApoA effect of ischemia stroke syndromes typing meridian, the greater impact on the wind phlegm group. HDL-C effect of ischemia stroke-syndromes typing meridian, the greater impact on the wind phlegm group. In Correlation Analysis, Lipids is little influence for ischemic stroke-in Meridian classification. Conclusions:There are maybe some relevance between TC, LDL-C, apoB and Yin wind patients, also we can’t excluded the relationship between HLD-C、apoA and Wind phlegm patient. Lipids does not play an important role for ischemic stroke Meridian syndromes typing.
