[Objective]In this study, we test the level of CD64, PCT, CD3, CD4, CD8, CD19, NK, CIK in theperipheral blood of patiens with bacterial bloodstream infection, and to explore the correlationbetween CD64and PCT,then to find the practical value of CD64in the rapid diagnosis ofbacterial bloodstream infection.[Methods]148samples were classified into three groups: bacterial bloodstream infection, HBVviral infection and normal control. Then the levels of CD64, CD3, CD4, CD8, CD19, NK, CIK,procalcitonin in the peripheral blood were measured by automatic flow cytometry, vitekimmune diagnostic assay system(VIDAS).[Results]The percent of CD64in the bacterial bloodstream infection group(56.16±17.65)wassignificantly higher than that in the orther two groups(P<0.01), and it’s95%confidenceinterval was (51.14,61.17)%. There was no statistical difference in the viral infection groupand the normal control group(P>0.05). The percent of CD64in bacterial bloodstream infectionhad positive correlation with PCT and95%confidence interval of PCT was (5.18,6.45)ng/ml. There were not statistical significant difference between other data, but also nosignificant correlation. According to the receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve, Area was0.903, Standard Error was0.031and Asymptotic Sig <0.001, Area of ROC meant thatdiagnosis own the higher sensitivity and specificity.[Conclusion](1)PCT and the neutrophil surface CD64can be used as a sensitive index for the dia--gnosis of bacterial bloodstream infection, lower limit value of CD64and PCT were51%and3.62ng/ml, CD64of bacterial bloodstream infection group had positive correlation with PCT.Specially the determination of CD64may assist in the early diagnosis of bacterial bloodstreaminfection.(2)Other testing items of CD3, CD4, CD8, CD19, NK and CIK have nonspecific in thegnosis of bacterial bloodstream infections(3)It is helpful in the rapid diagnosis of bacterial bloodstream infection to enhancesensitivity and specificity by the detection of CD64combined PCT.
