[Objective]Angiostrongyliasis Cantonensis epidemiological survey inLugu Lake watershed and Chenghai Lake watershed. Preliminarymaster the distribution and infection of the intermediate hostand the final host of Angiostrongylus Cantonensis;Ivestigateinfection status of Angiostrongylus Cantonensis.populationliving within the basin; using geographic information systems(GIS) establish Yunnan Lugu Lake Chenghai Lake BasinAngiostrongyliasis Cantonensis epidemiological investigationdatabase, analysis factors which affecting AngiostrongyliasisCantonensis popular and distributed.[Method]Useing pepsin digestion method to check AngiostrongylusCantonensis’s intermediate host snail and slug infectionstatus;Useing Autopsy method and pepsin digestion method tochec final hosts’ infection status.GPS locator site the surveypoint latitude, longitude and altitude of intermediate host andthe final host. Ninglang Lugu Lake basin and Yongsheng ChenghaiLake basin populations enzyme-linked assay of immune serum to check serum Angiostrongylus Cantonensis specific Ig antibodies;Using Spss19.0analysis Ninglang Lugu Lake basin and YongshengChenghai Lake basin epidemiological data; Combine geographicinformation system establish Ninglang Lugu Lake basin andYongsheng Chenghai Lake basin epidemiological Database; basedon GIS analysis affect Angiostrongyliasis Cantonensis popularand distribution factors.[Results]1.Capture Guangzhou Angiostrongylus Cantonensisintermediat host3615,include4kinds of snail and1kind ofslugs.Lugu Lake watershed collected3kinds of snail and1kindslug. Namely: China Yuan snail; Bellamya aeruginosa; luteradish snails and Vaginulus. Cheng Hai River basin collectedfour kinds of snail and one kind slug, namely: China round snail;Bellamya aeruginosa; Pipa rad ish snails and Vaginulus.2.Capture Guangzhou Angiostrongylus Cantonensisintermediat final host234of mice. AngiostrongylusCantonensis were not found by autopsy method;79copies of mouseserum enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay AngiostrongylusCantonensis specific IgG antibodies were negative.3.Acquisition Ninglang Lugu Lake basin and YongshengChenghai Lake basin residents serum548, enzyme-linked immuneassay Angiostrongylus Cantonensis specific IgG antibodies inserum of26were positive, the positive rate was4.74%. Thereare wild drinking unboiled water higher seroprevalence habits residents; minority population seroprevalence is higher.4.Using geographic information system establishedNinglang Lugu Lake basin and Yongsheng Chenghai Lake basinepidemiological Database survey data visualization isdescribed.5. Ninglang Lugu Lake basin and Yongsheng Chenghai Lakebasin different from the buffer residents from Chenghai basinwaters Angiostrongylus Cantonensis specific serum IgG antibodypositive rate was no significant difference. ResidentsAngiostrongylus Cantonensis serum IgG antibodies specificspatial distribution of OD values are not has a significantspatial autocorrelation; Presence AngiostrongylusCantonensis specific IgG OD values has higher value at thejunction of Ninglang Count.6Based on the analysis results show that Ninglang Lugu Lakebasin and Yongsheng Chenghai Lake basin is not suitable for thegrowth and development of Angiostrongylus Cantonensis.[Conclusion]1.There is the host in Ninglang Lugu Lake basin andYongsheng Chenghai Lake basin but the climate is not suitablefor the growth of Angiostrongylus Cantonensis. so the currentsurvey results presence that Ninglang Lugu Lake basin andYongsheng Chenghai Lake basin Not as a AngiostrongylusCantonensis natural foci.2.According to the survey statistics show, seroprevalence rate of minority residents seropositive Han residents inseroprevalence have the habit of drinking unboiled water wildinhabitants; Lugu Lake,Cheng Hai Lake residents serologicaltesting found Angiostrongylus Cantonensis specific IgGantibody positive specimens above do not drink unboiled waterhabits in the wild inhabitants.3.GIS will this epidemiological data were described in anintuitive visual images and data combined with rapidinformation queries.4.survey Lugu Lake,Cheng Hai Lake residentsAngiostrongylus Cantonensis specific serum IgG antibody ODvalue since there is no space in the overall correlation, butmay exist in the vicinity of the southeast junction of serumNinglang and Yongsheng County hotspots OD values higher values.
