Objective:To investigate the characteristics of high myopia retinal thickness m ap andanalysis of the distribution of TCM syndrome type.Method:A retrospective analysis:Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from2009January2013year in July in highly myopic patients h ospitalized, according to diopter,the patients were divided into thr-ee gr oups, the first group (-6.00D~-12.00D), group Ⅱ (-12.00D~-18.00D), group Ⅲ (>-18.00D),and the combination of the nine regionalmacular region (ce ntral, inner ring above, below the inner side of the nosering, outer ring, I nner Temple side, above, below the outer ring outer ring, the outer ring si de of the nose, temporal) analysis of factors related to the retinal thick ness, through the computer input OCT retinal map data, and database the th establishmen, the application of statistical software SPASS19.0statistica lanaly-sis, using onesampletest, independentsamples test, paired test, test a nd correlation test and analysis.Result:In this study,-12.00D~-6. OODS,-12.00D~-18.00D and the group thick ness-18.00D,nine regions between three groups, both P<0.05,analysis of th e correlation betweendiopter and retinal analysis of the correlateion bet ween diopter and retinal thickness, P<0.05, the difference was statisticall y thickness, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant;in compar ison, the outer ring sector scan area of the retinathickness, P<0.05, the di fference was significant;obove, below, more nasal and temporal retinal thic kness, P>0.05, there was no significant difference between left eye; retina 1thickness, P>0.05, no significant difference;along with the age growth,co mparison of retinal thickness changes, remove the outer ring nasal and tem poral side P>0.05, no statistical significance, I scan area, P<0.05,the d ifference was statistically gender. And significant; compari;on of retinal thickness, P>0.05, no statistical significance;theleft, righteye retina thi ckness, P>0.05, nostatcal significance;three group different groups compari son between corrected visual acuity, P>0.05,no significant difference;cor rected visual acuity and retinal centrally. Thickness,inner ring above, bel ow, the nasal innerside, the inner temple side, the outer ring. Above and bel ow the outer ring of P<0.05, retinal thickness difference of corrected vi sual acuity significantly, with statistical significance, the outer ring of nasal and temporal P>0.05, no statistical significance. Liver and kidney deficiency and blood deficiency type two of two retinal thickness P<0.05, the difference has statistical significance.Conclusion:1.with diopter increasing, retinal thickness thinning,>18.00D signifi cantly;2. inner scanning retinal thickness> outer retinal thickenss;3.th ickness and eye have no relationship between sex;4. Remove theouter ring nasal and temporal retinol scan area, thickness of residual scanning area along with the age growth and gradually becomes thinner;5. with thecorrec ted visual acuity decrease, central, inner, above, below, the nasal inner side, the inner temple side, the outr ring and the outer ring below theupper ret ina thickness;6. kidney empty retinol thickness less thandeficiency of Qi and blood type of retinol thickness.
