Effects Of Xuebijing Injection On Sepsis Myocardial Injury Clinical Intervention Observation

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Xuebijing Injection on Sepsis myocardial injury, by comparing the research of the Xuebijing group and the control group, evaluating objectively the clinical efficacy and safety of Xuebijing injection in the treatment of sepsis myocardial injury, to study the effect and mechanism of Xuebijing injection in the treatment of sepsis myocardial injury.MethodsIn the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, in2013September—2014year in March,1CU treated with sepsis myocardial injury included39patients were randomly divided into2groups: the control group (n=15) and the Xuebijing group (n=24). The two groups were given conventional treatment according to the Surviving Sepsis Campaign: International Guidelines for Management of Severe Sepsis and Septic Shock:2012, Conventional therapy as the control group, on the basis of conventional therapy plus Xuebijing injection for the Xuebijing group (treatment for7consecutive days). Extract3ml peripheral venous blood of these patients in the first day and the seventh day into the ICU, testing the CK-MB, cTnl, BNP, PCT index of all the patients by the unwitting test specialists of our hospital. The first day and the seventh day of all patients were examined by electrocardiogram by the unwitting ECG specialists. At the same time score all the patients of the Department within24hours of APACHEII score. Record the28day survival prognosis of all the patients. Analysis the data by statistical software.Results The2groups of patients with age, gender, grade level of APACHEII had no significant difference before treatment (P>0.05). The Xuebijing group after treatment, peripheral blood cTnI, BNP and PCT concentrations were significantly decreased in group, with statistical significance (P<0.05); peripheral blood CK-MB concentration is decreased in the control group was not obvious, and there was no significant difference (P>0.05), ECG changes had no significant difference(P>0.05), the28day mortality was not statistically significant (P>0.05).ConelusionXuebi jing injection can improve the myocardial injury of sepsis myocardial injury in patients, relieve inflammation of myocardial injury in patients with sepsis, but can not decrease the28day case fatality rate.
