The Analysis Of Facial Dermatitis With Patch Test Results Of Perfume Allergens

Objective To analyze the common perfume allergens of patients with facial dermatitis in Tianjin. And to provide a basis for prevention, diagnosis and treatment for clinical and for the domestic spices provide the establishment of the perfume allergens for our county.Methods70cases with facial dermatitis were tested with patch test of classic series BY-01and daily series BY-02of Beijing Yida’s comprehensive.35patients were tested with perfume allergens from affiliated Hospital of the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. And to analyze the common perfume allergens. Test results were determined according to the International Contact Dermatitis Research Group(ICDRG) recommendation.Results In70cases of patients with facial dermatitis, the positive rate was67.14%,the highest positive rate was nickel sulfate with22.86%, and then hydrargyrum ammoniatum, thimerosal and perfume.The positive rate of perfume was the fourth. The positive rate of perfume1and perfume2in classic series BY-01was4.29%and5.71%, and the positive rate of fragrance mix in daily series BY-02was7.14%; The total positive rate of35cases of Dutch spice allergen patch test was54.29%, the positive rate of each component was between0-14.29%, the highest positive rate was benzyl alcohol and eugenol.Conclusions Perfume is one of the major allergens in patients with facial dermatitis, and Patch test is one of the important methods of patients with perfume contact dermatitis.nickel sulfate, hydrargyrum ammoniatum,thimerosal and perfume maybe the important allergens in facial dermatitis.Perfume can not only cause cosmetic dermatitis, but also be an important allergen in many non-cosmetic dermatitis. Security issues of perfume should be taken seriously, producers should be more standardized,and perfume allergens to be further improved in China.
