The Clinical Study Of60Cases Of Type Ⅱ Sinusitis In Patients With Allergic Factors

Objective:To investigate the correlation between type Ⅱ patients with sinusitis and allergic factors.Method:60cases of type Ⅱ sinusitis patients and20cases with no family history of allergic disease and patients with nasal septum deviation were selected to detect allergic factors related to serum index:peripheral blood eosinophilia(EOS),serum total IgE and serum specific IgE(sIgE) test. The results and their clinical characteristics are analysed.applying SPSS17.0statistical software for statistical analysis.Result:1.19cases(31.67%) in experimental group,peripheral blood eosinophilia is positive.2cases(10%) in the control group,peripheral blood eosinophilia is positive.Two groups of peripheral blood eosinophilia positive rate has significant difference(Χ2=3.637,P=0.048).2.24cases(40.00%) in experimental group, serum total IgE is positive.3cases in control group (15.00%),the serum total IgE is positive.Two groups of the serum total IgE positive rate has significant difference(Χ2=4.193, P=0.041).3.41cases(68.33%) in experimental group,the serum specific IgE is positive.5cases in the control group(25.00%),the serum specific IgE is positive.Two groups of serum specific IgE positive rate has significant differenc(Χ2=11.526, P=0.001).4. A single allergen positive rate is29.27%(12/41), two kinds of allergen positive rate is24.39%(10/41),three or more allergens positive rate is46.34%(19/41).5. Experimental nasal polyps pathological results show that40cases is given priority to with eosinophils infiltration.Conclusion:Allergic factors are closely correlation with the onset of type Ⅱ sinusitis. Allergic factors play a role in the type Ⅱ sinusitis.It’s necessary to take allergy treatment with type Ⅱ sinusitis in patients that was checked clear with allergy.
