Objective:To study the change of serum y-globulin and ICG R15during the different stages of cirrhosis in SD rats and analyze their correlation. Comparing and analyzing the changes of serum γ-globulin in different groups which were divided in pathological stage and ICG R15, then exploring the significance of evaluating of hepatic functional reserve combined ICG clearance test with serum γ-globulin.Materials and methods:60male SD rats were divided into control group(n=10)and experimental group(n=50, experimental groups were equaling divided into2th week group,4th week group,6th week group,8th week group and10th week group, each of them were10dose). The ci-rrhosis rats were modeled by improved compound factors(CCl4, ethanol, foods with high fat and cholesterol), assessment of ICG R15and serum y-globulin in experimental group at2th week,4th week,6th week,8th week and10th week, analyzing the correlation be-tween serum γ-globulin and ICG R15, and then comparing and analyzing the difference of serum γ-globulin in different groups which were divided in ICG R15(ICG R15<10%,10%≤ICG R15≤20%, ICG R15>20%). Finally, estimating the degree of liver fibrosis by pathologic examination and comparing the difference of serum y-globulin among grou-ps which were divided in different pathological stages(S0, S1, S2, S3, S4).Results:As modeling time passed, the liver fibrosis degree of SD rats aggravate gradually, serum y-globulin and ICG R15were both increase significantly(P<0.001), and the analy- sis showed that they have an obviously positive correlation(r=0.741, P<0.001). The si-ngle factor linear regression obtained a equation:Y=0.715X+3.783(Y stands for ICG R-15, X stands for serum γ-globulin). The differences of γ-globulin in group ICG R15<10%, group10%≤ICG R15<20%and group ICG R15>20%is statistically significant (P<0.001), the γ-globulin in group ICG R15>20%apparently higher than group of ICG R15<10%and10%≤ICG R15≤20%, the γ-globulin in group10%≤ICG R15≤20%also appar-ently higher than group of ICG R15<10%. The differences of ICG R15in rats with diff-erent pathological stages are statistically significant(P<0.001), the group of S3apparently higher than group of S0and S1, the group of S4apparently higher than group of S0, S1, S2and S3. The differences of serum γ-globulin in rats with different pathological stage-s are statistically significant(P<0.001), the group of S3apparently higher than group of S0, S1and S2, the group of S4apparently higher than group of S0, S1, S2and S3.Conclusions:(1) The change of serum γ-globulin and ICG R15could reflect the damage of hepa-tic functional reserve sensitively, they have an obviously positive correlation during the forming process of Cirrhosis.(2) The assessment of serum γ-globulin could be a supplement-ary of ICG clearance test, and combined them was beneficial to improve the accuracy of evaluating of hepat-ic functional reserve.
