Objective:Research correlation between gene polymorphism of Cytochrome P450(CYP)2C19and coronary heart disease in Yunnan Han population.Methods:Randomly selected from September2012to December2013at the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University of Cardiology hospital and unrelated Yunnan Han population127cases for the study, microarray assay using blood samples selected in the CYP2C19gene sequence DNA single nucleotide polymorphisms (single nucleotide polymorphism, SNP) genotype CYP2C19*1, CYP2C19*2, CYP2C19*3, analysis of genotype and allele frequencies, realize the feature of CYP2C19polymorphisms in Yunnan Han population;To be divided the population into three classes (extensive metabolizers, intermediate metabolizers, and poor metabolizers) by the basis of metabolic phenotype definition and the result of genotype. Group of63patients with coronary heart disease and64patients with control group to analyze the gene polymorphisms, analyze the correlation of gene polymorphism and coronary heart disease.Results:Genetic analysis:CYP2C19genotype is given priority to wild type in Yunnan Han population, CYP2C19*1, CYP2C19*2and CYP2C19*33alleles frequency of occurrence was66.9%,28.4%and4.7%;Of CYP2C19metabolic phenotype definition intermediate metabolizers highest frequency (47.2%), followed by extensive metabolisers (43.3%), poor metabolizers (9.5%) the lowest; CYP2C19*1/*1, CYP2C19*1/*2, CYP2C19*1/*3, CYP2C19*2/*2, CYP2C19*2/*3and CYP2C19*3/*3genotype frequency was43.3%,42.5%,4.7%,5.5%.3.2%and0.8%. Two groups of CYP2C19genotype distribution accords with Hardy Weinberg equilibrium; CYP2C19*1, CYP2C19*2, CYP2C19*3allele in CHD group were56.3%,37.3%,6.4%. in the control group were77.3%,19.5%.3.2%. Allele frequency distribution between the two groups was statistically difference (P<0.05); CYP2C19*1/*1, CYP2C19*1/*2,CYP2C19*1/*3,CYP2C19*2/*2,CYP2C19*2/*3and CYP2C19*3/*3genotype in the CHD group were25.4%,55.6%,6.3%,7.9%,3.2%and1.6%,in the control group was60.9%,29.8%,3.1%,3.1%,3.1%and0,between the two groups genotypes were statistically difference(P<0.05);Logistic regression analysis: In addition to traditional risk factors after age, sex,hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol,etc.,CYP2C19*1/*2gene mutation significantly increased risk of coronary heart disease(OR=5.24,95%Cl[2.00~13.72]),CYP2C19*1/*3gene mutation was also significantly increased the risk(OR=4.54,95%Cl[0.55~37.08]).CYP2C19gene polymorphism is an important risk factor for coronary heart disease in Yunnan Han population.Con-lusion:CYP2C19gene polymorphism may increase the risk of coronary heart disease in Yunnan Han population.
