| ObjectiveTo explore the display quality of complementarity of MSCT, MRI in the same analfistula patients, providing more detailed and more accurate information for clinical doctorsand preventing the recurrence of anal fistula.Materials and Methods1General information30adults without any anorectal diseases received MRI and MSCT scanning.2MethodsMR imaging: no intestinal preparation, supine position, feet entering first, pubicsymphysis was set as the magnetic field center. Scanning sequence included obliqueaxial plane of T1WI, T2WI AND T2WI-FS imaging, oblique coronal plane T2WI-FSimaging and sagittal plane T2WI imaging. MSCT imaging: prone position, intestinalpreparation and routine sterilization at the external aperture, connecting one end of theplastic catheter of the single-use syringe needle with the30mL syringe and sharpening theother end, inserting it as deep as possible into the external aperture of the fistula canal. Dillthe resting fluids with the syringe and insert35%iohexol contrast medium until the fluidoverflows. Clean the contrast medium on the skin, and start MSCT imaging and thepost-processing of MPR, MIP and VR.ResultsThe advatages of MSCT are low-price, fast, and no need for enhanced scan; MPR,MIP and VR technique can provide a three-dimensional display of the morphology andrunning of the anal fistula, and find the latent abscess, which may provide the most directinformation for the clinical doctors. On the other hand, the advantages of MRI imaging arenonradiative, non-invasion, higher resolution for the soft tissues, and identify the extent ofthe inflammation according to the different imaging signals of the surrounding muscles,fistula canal and scar tissues. ConclusionBoth CT and MRI have their own advantages, combining the two in the diagnosis ofthe anal fistula can make the best of their merits, provide the clinical doctors theinformation as complete as possible, and provide a strong guarantee for the radical cure ofanal fistula. |
