Objectives:1) Dissect of the adult bilateral tragus cartilages, bilateralconcha cartilage to study the morphological structure and related anatomicparameters, in order to provide clinical reference for ear cartilage transplantation;2)observe the effect of ear cartilage graft in nasal tip plastic.Methods:1) To dissect nine adult corpses,obtaining nine pairs of traguscartilage and senven pairs of concha cartilage.Observe the general form andstructural features; Using vernier calipers measure the thickness, length and widthof tragus cartilage,cymba concha cartilage and cavum concha cartilage; Accordingto the cartilage method of vertex coordinates on graph paper, Excel is used tocalculate area of tragus cartilage,cymba concha cartilage and cavum conchacartilage; a pair of tragus cartilage and a pair of concha cartilage were immersed ina measuring cylinder containing appropriate amount of the liquid, according tovolume difference between before and after, calculate the volume of cartilage;2)collect66cases,39cases were followed, observation of postoperative effect.Results:1) the average area of tragus cartilage was125.22mm2, theaverage thickness of tragus cartilage was0.73mm, the average length of traguscartilage was15.40mm, the average width of10.88mm;The average area of cymbaconchae cartilage was177.77mm2, the average thickness of cymba conchaecartilage was0.77mm, the average length of cymba conchae cartilage was20.66mm, the average width of cymba conchae cartilage was12.02mm; the average areaof cavum concha cartilage was187.23mm2, the average thickness of cavum conchacartilage was0.88mm, the average length of cavum concha cartilage was20.52mm, the average width of cavum concha cartilage was12.26mm; Paired traguscartilage and paired concha cartilage average volume was1.93ml;2) ear cartilagegraft had been used in the plastic of the tip had less postoperative complications,high survival rate and postoperative long-term effect is exact.Conclusion:1) In terms of length, width, area and thickness, cymba conchacartilage compare with cavum concha cartilage had no statistical significance(P>0.05). In terms of length, width, area and thickness, cymba concha cartilage compare with tragus cartilage only on thickness had no statistical significance(P>0.05),the length, width and area of cymba concha cartilage are greater than traguscartilage(P <0.05).In terms of length, width, area and thickness, cavum conchacartilage compare with tragus cartilage only on width had no statisticalsignificance(P>0.05),the length,area and thickness of cavum concha cartilage aregreater than tragus cartilage(P <0.05).2) The ear cartilage is abundant, with goodflexibility and many donor sites. Tragus cartilage surface is flat, concha cartilage hasobvious concave and convex surface;3) Application of autogenous ear cartilagegraft in the plastic of the tip, the postoperative effect is exact, the method was worthgeneralizing and applying.
