Objective: The dental implant has been improved significantly in recent years,many technical problems were solved by countless study and experience. However, theGBR (Guided Bone Regeneration) surgery in dental implant was not fully developed inthe early years.Materials and Methods: The study involved10patients, from June to August in2012, all patients required to go through the computerized axial tomography scan beforethe surgery.Results: After series of preparations on the aesthetic zone at anterior teeth beforethe surgery, the patients were satisfied from the surgery and prosthetic process, and theywill observed for period of time.Conclusion: Most of time the dental implant can recover the missing tooth on theanterior teeth zone. In order to meet the goal and expectation, the soft tissues and hardtissues have to be treated at the same time.
