Objective The accuracy of the diffusion tensor imaging (Magnetic resonancediffusion tensor imaging, MR-DTI) is used to assess the extent of glioma resection,thus excluding early postoperative wound tissue edema induced displacement andother factors to improve the assessment of surgery.Methods Collected neurosurgical treatment of patients in first Clinical College ofShan xi Medical University, achieve the full cut based on the best imaging technique.Excluding20tumor progression cases after March. Patients are42to79years old,Average are (57.95±10.82) years old, include11males and9females. Scan20casesof glioma patients with preoperative and postoperative72hours and3months bydirect measurement and diffusion tensor imaging(DTI) auxiliary measurements.Tracings tumor boundaries with hand On different levels of postoperative MRT2weighted images. Comparative analysis of residual tumor volume after72hours and3months.Results Using the method of direct measurement and DTI auxiliary measuringmethod to measur postoperative3m and preoperative tumor volume, compare thedifference between them, it can come to the conclusion of P=0.092is greater thanP=0.05, there was no statistically significant difference. Using the method of directmeasurement and DTI auxiliary measuring method to measur postoperative3m andthe tumor volume after operation of72h, compare the difference between them,thenwe can work out P<0.001,there was no statistically significant difference. Conclusion①the method of direct measurement and DTI auxiliary measuring method,whenwe mesur the postoperative3m and preoperative tumor volume, there is no obviousdifferences between the differentials ofpostoperative3m and preoperative tumorvolume.②using the method of direct measurement to mesur postoperative3m and thetumor volume after operation of72h, the differentials is greater than using the DTIauxiliary measuring to measur them.
