Objective To establish the porcine liver vascular digital model by developing the Hisense Gemini3D Medical Imaging Reconstruction and Computer assisted surgery System,and the porcine liver vascular and biliary system plasticized solid model utilizing pipeline casting technology,then make comparative analysis of the two images conformity in order to make the foundation of Computer-aided system for the development of pediatric liver.Method Collect pig’s CT original data set, use computer assisted system to set up data model and application pipe casting technology in porcine liver vessel, build porcine liver and biliary system plastifying mockup.Results Build mockup and mathematic model of porcine liver vessel, both of them can display biliary system, the position of hepaticartery, portalvein and hepaticvein, distribution of minute blood vessel, major and secondary branch.Discussion This research indicate Computer assisted surgery System’s veracity and feasibility, it can provide accurate information and guidance for Clinical pediatric liver diseases individualized valuation and treatment. Objective To evaluate the feasibility,3D visualization and accuracy by applying Higemi to make preoperative surgery plans and risk assessment for patients undergoing liver resections.Methods60consecutive patients undergoing liver resections were prospectively involved in this study.Enhanced Multislice computed tomography(MSCT) was performed with the slice thickness of0.6mm0.625mm.All the images were stored and transferred in the format of digital imaging and communications in medicine(DICOM). Put all the patients·s CT data (DICOM format) were output into3D simulation operation software(Hisense Gemini3D Medical Imaging Reconstruction and Computer Assisted Surgery System).Then,the blood supply of tumor and the volume required resection of the involved liver were judged and virtual liver cutting operation environment was established. Using simulation operation knife to excise liver tumor model and formulate the most effective operation planning.Results HIGEMI can offer3D displays of the liver and the intrahepatic vasculature in an interactive way,including the portal vein,hepatic artery,hepatic vein.HIGEMI Can restore the spatial anatomic relationship between the lesions and its surrounding vase-ulature of importance. HIGEMI can also calculate the territory volume of each vascu-lar.The function of virtual resection of HIGEMI enables surgeons to compar-e,select and optimize the surgery plan.Concusion1.The feasibility,accuracy and3D visualization of Higemi were validat-ed. HIGEMI can also calculate the territory volume of each vascular. HIGEMI cont-ributes to individualized operation and improves the certainty,predictability and contr-ollability of surgery.HIGEMI enables surgeons to compare,select and optimize the su-rgery plan,makes lesions unresectable in2D surgery plan to be resectable, improves the therapeutic effectiveness,surgical safety and respectability.2. HIGEMI improves the ability of CT review and spatial imagination for surgeons.
