Objectives:To investigate some correlated imaging data with three-dimensional CT, measurement of lumbar inferior articular process size and the height of the interverterbral. Methods:Retrospectively reviewed60patients’clinical data that underwent three-dimensional CT between2011-7and2013-3in our hospital, obtained data were statistically analyzed by SPSS.Results:The facetdiameterandthethecorrespondingintervertebralheightdifferencewas statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Trimmed inferior articular process of bone suitable for our anatomical characteristics, interbody fusion effectively maintain the stability of the segment, restore the intervertebral height and lumbar lordosis, increase the fusion area.
