The Analysis Of Occlusion On The Patients Of Angle Ⅲ With Various Mandibular Divergence Patterns

Objective:To analyze occlusion on the patients of Angle Ⅲ with various mandibular divergence patterns and to evaluate the influence of the occlusion.Methods:Nongrowing patients of Angle Ⅲ seeking in The Affiliated Hospital Of Medical College Qingdao University from January,2013to March,2014(n=60;ANB=-1.02±0.48°,28women and32men),who had an average age of21.84±2.35years(range=18-25years),were stratifield in four subgroups based on cephalometric mandibular plane inclination to anterior cranial base (MP/SN):low=MP/SN≤29°(n=20); medium=29°<MP/SN<40°(n=20);and high=MP/SN≥40°(n=20).The occlusion force were recorded by T-ScanⅢ.Group differences were evaluated with SPSS19.0(P=0.05)Results:1The COF of Angle Ⅲ with various mandibular divergence patterns have no difference.(P>0.05)2The DT of Angle Ⅲ with various mandibular divergence patterns have no difference.(P>0.05)3The TO of Angle Ⅲ with various mandibular divergence patterns have statistical difference.The high group is longer.(P<0.05)4The interference of Angle Ⅲ with various mandibular divergence patterns have statistical difference.Conclusions:The high group of Angle Ⅲ prone to interference,the Angle Ⅲ with various mandibular divergence patterns have some difference, but no statistical difference.
