Expression And Significance Of Survivin、CIAPIN1in Leiomyoma Of Uterus

Objective:Research Survivn and CIAPIN1expression in uterine fibroids, to explore the role of Survivn, CIAPIN1in uterine fibroids.Methods:Using immunohistochemical SP method and real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR detection of uterine myoma and uterine smooth muscle tissue of Survivin, CIAPIN1protein and mRNA expression of the situation.Results:1. The expression of Survivin in uterine fibroids(1) of Survivin in the tissue of fibroids positive expression in smooth muscle cell cytoplasm, cytoplasm and nuclei duality can be dyed at the same time, the positive expression of Survivin in uterine fibroids group rate was84.38%, the positive expression rate was9.68%in uterine smooth muscle tissue, are similar between the two groups have statistical significance (x2=36.32, P<0.01).(2) in the group of hysteromyoma, uterine smooth muscle, Survivin mRNA expression of relative quantity were1.03,0.470.039mm,0.062mm is similar between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).2. CIAPIN1expression in uterine fibroids(1) CIAPIN1in the expression of uterine flesh tumour located in the nucleus and cytoplasm, cell nucleolus.CIAPIN1in uterine fibroids group in the positive expression rate is78.13%, the uterus smooth muscle tissue of the positive expression rate of12.90%, the more similar between the two groups have statistical significance.(x2=26.96, P<26.96)(2) in the group of hysteromyoma, uterine smooth muscle, CIAPIN1mRNA expression of relative quantity were1.05,0.630.027mm,0.057mm is similar between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).3. The relativity analysis of Survivin and CIAPIN1expressed in uterine fibroidsIn the uterine fibroids, Survivin and CIAPIN1high protein and mRNA expression, the expression of uterine fibroids presents positive correlation between the two, the correlation coefficient R were0.996,0.628, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:1.High expression of Survivin and CIAPIN1in uterine fibroids, hints of Survivin and CIAPIN1might participate in uterine fibroids.2.Survivin, CIAPIN1expression in uterine fibroids were positively correlated, prompting both on uterine fibroids may exist in the process of development of synergy.
