Objective:to investigate the correlation between dynamic contrast enhanced-magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) dynamics parameter maximum linear Slope (Slope) and maximum linear Slope ratio (SlopeR) and pathological prognostic factor Her-2in breast cancer patients. Methods:a total of48women with breast cancer underwent DCE-MRI respectively. The Her-2expression condition of histological specimens was calculated. Correlations between Slope、SlopeR values and Her-2were determined using test. Results:Slope value, SlopeR value were (0.041±0.021)(6.168±3.309) respectively; Slope value and Her-2had no correlation (P=0.161); But there was a association of the SlopeR value with Her-2in breast cancer(r=-0.420, P=0.004).Conclusion:SlopeR value in the maximum except the individual difference, therefore, compared with Slope value, there is a better correlation between SlopeR value and Her-2.
