Objective:To investigate relationship and mechanism of the serumvitamin D levels with insulin sensitivity and Adipokines APN、RBP4、Visfatin and TNF-α of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods:101cases of patients with gestational diabetes (GDM group) and50cases ofblood sugar normal pregnant women (control group), randomly selected todetect the two groups of OGTT、HbA1c、TRIG、CHOL、BMI、HOMA-IR、HOMA-β、APN、RBP4、Visfatin、TNF-α and25-(OH)D3(HPLC method). Then randomly selected24GDM patients diagnosed with vitamin Ddeficiency (<25nmol/L), with1,25-(OH)2D3(0.25ug/d) oral in thetreatment group, detected two groups of serum25-(OH)D3, OGTT,HOMA-IR, HOMA-β after1month. Results GDM patients measured25-(OH)D3levels were significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05),and APN levels lower than the control group, while RBP4, Visfatin, TNF-αlevels higher (all P <0.05); after1month of1,25-(OH)2D3,HOMA-IRincreased,while HOMA-β decreased.APN levels was positively correlated(r=0.526) with25-(OH)D3; RBP4,Visfatin,TNF-α decreased,with25-(OH)D3was negatively correlated (r values were-0.272,-0.153,-0.072).Conclusion Vitamin D can reduce the adipokines RBP4, Visfatin, TNF-α, elevated APN, and thus play a protective role for gestational diabetes... |
