Objective: To investigate the relationship betwteen complications, including RA,HF and NR during the PCI in the STEMI patients and the related risk factor before PCI.In addition, the effects of complications on thecardial functions in the STEMI patients. Methods: Sixty STEMI patientswith complication during PCI,including22cases of RA,19cases of HF and19cases of NR,were included for retrospectively analysis.meanwhile,20STEMI patients without complication were selected as controls. The clinical characteristics,PCI data, and the UCG data including LVESV,LVEDV,LVEFand E/A,one week after PCI were recorded for comparison. Results:The levels of glucose, Hs-CRP,CK-MB and the proportion of TIMI0degree of complicatied group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).However,there were no significantly differences of the aboveindicators among the there complications group (P〉0.05).Significantly better caridal function acording to UCG was revealed in controls than thosein complications groups after one week (P〉0.05). Conclusion The levelsof glucose, Hs-CRP,CK-MB and the proportion of TIMI0degree were ri sk factor before PCI in STEMI patients. STEMI patients with complication during PCI suffer slow recovery of myocardial is chemia, regional myocardial dysfunction, andventriculal fuction impairment; Which showed be prevented for further cardial function recovery.Preperative risk factors for adverse positive control has important clinical implications for the preventionof intra operative complications postoperative improvement in cardiac function.
