ObjectiveTo discuss the influence of adding r-hLH to IVF patients (in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer) to improve ovary response and pregnancy outcome of the patients after excessive restrained treatment. The key to IVF-ET’s success lies in adopting optimal controlled superovulation program in order to gain modicus high-quality oocyte and embryo. Poor level of LH may affect follicular development and oocyte maturation, resulting in decrease of high-quality embryos, then the clinical outcome is affected. In order to achieve higher IVF successful rate, it is an effectively method to improve ovary response and pregnancy outcome by adding r-hLH to IVF patients after excessive restrained treatment.Methods575patients of IVF-ET/ICSI-ET were analyzed in the Department of Reprouductive Medicine of The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University between2012.1and2012.12. The age of patients was between25to35, with regular menstrual cycle, infertility time limit between1to11years, BMI between20to25kg/m2. The proportions of infertility factor were as follows:fallopian tube factor48%, ovulation failurel6%, and male factor18%, both sides factor12%, unexplained infertility6%. All patients did IVF-ET/ICSI-ET for the first time. After down regulation of GnRHa LH≤0.5mIu/ml, patients were divided into two groups randomly. Group A has281examples, r-FSH was used at the beginning, then r-hLH75U/day was started to add in the treatment after five days. r-FSH with r-hLH75u/d was used in the beginning for294examples in Group B.ResultsIn the part of dosage of Gn, E2of HCG injection day, number of occyte, the rate of infertility, the rate of cleavage, there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05). However in the part of the day of Gn, the level of LH on HCG injection day, the rate of2PN/MII oocyte, the rate of high-quailty embryo, implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate, there was significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionsAdding r-hLH early to patients after over down regulation can reduce days of Gn, improve the rate of high-quailty embryo and clinical pregnancy,resulting in good clinical result.
