Background and objective:At present, lung cancer is the biggest cause of cancer death, however, theincidence of lung cancer has been increasing worldwide. Non-small cell lung canceraccounts for80%of total lung cancer deaths, more than70%of the patients at thetime of diagnosis is mostly late stage.in the advanced young non-small cell lungcancer (age40years old or less) are relatively rare in all patients, investigation andstudy according to the data from Europe and Japan indicate that the incidence of theyouth advanced non-small cell lung cancer appears an upward trend in non-small celllung cancer, and it has the clinical characteristics different from senile non-small celllung cancer, the youth non-small cell lung cancer patients progressed quickly and theprognosis is poor. The prognosis of advanced young non-small cell lung cancer areaffected by many clinical pathological factors. In this paper, we collect the clinicaldata of78young patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer from January2011to January2012in the first affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou University andHenan province tumor hospital of clinical data, perform an analysis of the clinicalmanifestations young patients, the relationship between the morbidity of patients withthese factors, to find the factors affecting the prognosis of patients, and to improve theimportance of these factorsMaterial and Methods:Seventy-eight young patients were diagnosed at first affiliated Hospital ofZhengzhou University and Henan Province Cancer Hospital from January2011toJanuary2012were retrospectively analyzed in this study. Fifty-nine cases from first affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June;nineteen cases from HenanProvince Cancer Hospital. The clinicopathogical data of these young patients weregatherd, including age, gender, smoking, complications, and the original performance,PS score, staging, metastasis, diagnosis, treatment and reaction, hemoglobin, platelet,C-reactive-protein, liver function(Alt,aspertate aminotransferase) and follow-upresults.They mingt have important impact on the time of advanced youngnon-small cell lung cancers overall survival.SPSS17.0software package was used toperform all statistical analysis.Results:1. In end of the follow-up, the entire group of Seventy-eight cases young patientswith advanced non-small cell lung cancer survival time was4~31months, theaverage survival time was14.9±6.1months and the median survival time was14.0months, one-year survival rate was57.7%, two-year survival rate was15.2%.Univariate analysis showed that sex, staging, BMI, performance status, hemoglobin, platelet, C-reactive protein, treatment affect survival(P<0.05).2.Treatment of young patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancerpatients survival time, a median survival time of suit the support treatment groupwas6.8months. the median survival time of A single treatment group was14.0months. Comprehensive treatment group median survival time was19.0months.3.Multiariable COX proportional hazards regression analysis showed that sex, staging,BMI, hemoglobin, C-reactive-protein, treatment of young patients withadvanced non-small cell lung cancer is independent factors(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.In youth advanced non-small cell lung cancer, gender, staging, BMI,performance status, hemoglobin, platelet, C-reactive protein, treatment is the factorsaffecting the survival time of patients.2.Overall survival, comprehensive treatment of patients in treatment group isbetter than single treatment group and support. 3.In youth advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients, gender, stage, BMI,hemoglobin, C-reactive-protein, treatment are independent factors that affect theadvanced non-small cell lung cancer patients, survival.Woman and stage IIIb, BodyMass Index≥25, hemoglobin≥110g/L, C-reactive protein <5mg/L, actively adoptcomprehensive treatment can improve the survival of patients.
