Objective:For the implementation of the "People’s Republic of China on the prevention and control of occupational diseases" and the national occupational disease prevention and control planning (2009-2015), District in2011-2013national key occupational disease dynamic monitoring work is in the dynamic monitoring of silicosis which is the the highest incidence of occupational disease and the engineering protection measures and worker at the work sites and to evaluate the effect of comprehensive intervention of health promotion in order to timely control the disease characteristics, law and trend of silicosis, constantly improve the silicosis and other major occupational disease monitoring, early warning and control ability, for the government to formulate the corresponding prevention strategy and measures to provide scientific basis. Methods:Select a document from the national occupational health survey focus on investigating diseases of silicosis key industries and key crowd as dynamic monitoring. In the process of2011-2013occupational diseases dynamic monitoring, the occupational health investigation and detection of occupational hazard and occupational health examination method to the dynamic monitoring of dynamic monitoring objects, such as by dust removal facilities renovation, workers’ occupational health and promote the combination of methods. Through statistical summary use of SPSS statistical software the comprehensive assessment of the effect of before and after the intervention. Results:The main occupational-disease-inductive factors in dynamic monitoring enterprise is silica dust, respectively before and after the intervention and three casting enterprise and5building material manufacturing enterprise silica total dust and respirable dust were tested.2011total over standard rate of silica dust permissible concentration-time weighted average(PC-TWA) and excursion limits (EL)of total dust and respirable dust is63.15%,73.68%and68.42%,78.95%.Downto2013by11.11,16.67%and0,44.44%。Interventions mainly of deoxidization, modelling, shakeout jobs such as dust removal system is reformed, to2013deoxidization, modelling, the shakeout posts silicon dust average total dust concentration decreased by90.4%,9.7%,9.8%, average respirable dust decreased by68.8%,67.31%and42.86%.pouring position due to take no measures, the total dust and respirable dust is in rising trend. In2011before the rectification silicon dust total dust concentration and the respirable dust concentration exceed the standard rates were68.4%and73.7%in2013, after the rectification silicon dust total dust concentration and respirable dust concentrations exceed the standard rate reduced to13.9%and22.2%respectively. Laborer three years suspected occupational diseases and occupational contraindications overall detection rate of0.3%and0.2%, abnormal chest radiograph and lung function abnormal detection rate were1.8%and20.3%respectively, the amateur related to abnormal detection rate in general is on the decline, hypertension was much higher than other several abnormal detection rate. After three consecutive years of occupation health promotion training, respectively in2011and2013using the "Questionnaire" occupation health enterprise post investigation of occupation health workers, occupation health knowledge level of employees in2013, including the occupation health service situation, job hazard awareness of personal protective equipment, protective facilities, equipped with occupation health inspection of the situation, the awareness rate was increased (P<0.001).Conclusions:Dynamic monitoring of the enterprise, to carry out comprehensive occupational health services, which can effectively improve the workplaces environment, promote the staffs physical and mental health.
